What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. At Nextfood, we are reshaping the plant-based food supply chain from farm to fork with large scale indoor farms combined with mini-farms in restaurants, catering, retail etc. Our computer controlled decentralised farm network grows deliciously fresh, locally produced, pesticide-free greens year-round to the benefit of flavour, health and climate. 1 m2 Nextfood farm corresponds to 200 m2 outdoor farm land and saves 98% water, more than 75% fertiliser and electrifies energy consumption. Agoprene is developing furniture foam from biomass to help the furniture industry reduce their need for petrochemicals. ​ Globally, furniture foam, which is derived from petroleum, accounts for 105 million tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. One armchair for example, emits an average of 43 kg CO2e, almost half of which is due to furniture foam. ​ Agoprene's foam is completely free of petrochemicals. We believe finding planet-friendly alternatives isn’t a challenge; it’s an opportunity.

Carpooling solves three major societal problems; lack of mobility outside the big cities, congestion during rush hour and CO2 emissions from the transport sector. Nabogo is a solution with the mission that everyone enjoys city-like public mobility - we make it affordable for society, companies, and citizens. There are only 1.08 people in a commuter car on average, which leads to queues, pollution and time wasted in traffic. Furthermore, finding parking spaces in cities, towns and near large workplaces has not become easier. And last but not least, the high proportion of cars with one person has a significant negative impact on the environment. With a dedicated effort for carpooling, it is not unrealistic that together we can reduce the number of cars and CO2 emissions by up to 25%. That is why we have created nabogo, a carpooling service for daily trips and commuting between districts, towns, business areas and stations. Our primary customers are public transport companies, municipalities, regions and the corporate sector. Once the solution is established in an area, it can be used at no cost to users. Naturally, a successful transition to carpooling requires active support from municipalities, educational institutions, businesses and local communities to spread information about the possibility of greener and more affordable commuting. Fortunately, we are well on our way here with several cross-cutting collaborations. A core functionality of the nabogo app is our pre-defined meeting points, which are places where people drive to and from and pass by - and which function as fixed pick-up and drop-off points for carpooling. This makes it easy and fast to coordinate carpooling, while creating a new infrastructure and improved mobility in the area. The app is closely integrated with public transport to show all the possibilities. We establish meeting points in collaboration with our partners, and this function ensures good hubs between carpooling and public transport, for example at stations. Nabogo is thus a complete alternative to driving alone in your own car. In collaboration with the municipalities, communication efforts are directed towards districts and towns, and we engage businesses and educational institutions so that citizens are informed where they live, work or study. Nabogo is found in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
