Mouldflo can protect your mould and improve quality by quickly identifying cooling problems and alerting the user to various common cooling circuit problems. The Mouldflo system will digitally monitor all of the flow circuits within the mould recording data, both flow and temperature, for every circuit.

What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. The service includes all delivery aspects from route planning and customer service to a fleet of low tailpipe emissions vehicles. The impact of the industry on the environment is one of the most important drivers of change. In this field, 1 standard diesel van can release around 1.2 metric tons of CO2 every month. The end customers are more sensitive to this impact and more inclined to choose e-commerce operators that are working on decreasing the CO2 emissions of their operations. Meanwhile, efficiency and profitability are still prioritized by the e-commerce operators and overlooking these factors is not an option.
