Auxilium Infrastructure Partners develops, owns, and operates flexible energy assets that help stabilize the electricity grid while creating new revenue streams for industrial sites and asset owners. The electricity system is becoming increasingly volatile as more wind and solar power enter the grid. This creates a growing need for fast, reliable flexibility: assets that can consume, store, or release power when the grid needs support. Today, many industrial sites have unused grid capacity, heat demand, backup systems, or space for batteries, but lack the technical platform, market access, and operational expertise needed to turn that flexibility into revenue. Many people are talking about the smart grid and how we can reach 100% sustainable energy, and avoid global warming getting out of hand, by intelligently balancing the consumption so it fits with the electricity production. At True Energy we're already doing it! True Energy offers a smart charging app to our end users so they can register their car or charger and have it start or stop charging based on the hour of day and the electricity price, so the user optimizes their charging to be cheapest. The service is free of charge for the end user because they participate in our flexibility pool where the power companies can buy offsetting of the consumption if the grid is overloaded or production is expensive. We use Google Workspace, GitLab as code repo, Jira for our agile project management, and Slack for chat. We have a policy of 100% line coverage for unit tests, and want to support continuous delivery. We focus on collaboration and an open, inclusive work environment. Our team is multinational, and the working language is English, so full proficiency is required.. We have team members in several time zones.
