MoveByBike is an urban logistics company. We deliver products by electric cargo bikes, focused on 'last mile logistics.' We specialise in the food and subscription sectors, however with our large bikes we can move many products within any industry. PurCity's patent pending solution (GapS), consists of novel industrial facade panels that are great substitutes for exterior facades/flat surfaces of any New/Existing buildings. Leveraging from chimney effect/natural ventilation, polluted air is naturally sucked into the panels and forced to pass through a harmless chemical process that traps CO2, particulate matter PM2.5/10 & inorganic gases. Then clean air will be delivered into the building through the Air conditioning (HVAC) system. GapS utilizes smart monitoring and control solutions, to optimize its performance. The collected polluted liquid is continuously recycled, generating valuable byproducts like Hydrogen, pure O2 and CO2 that are sellable in the market, benefiting sectors such as food, cement and agriculture.

The challenge We are emitting 50 Gigatons of CO2 every year, and that needs to be reduced by at least 80%. However, that still leaves 10 Gigatons of CO2, and we need to get all the way to zero. Trees are great, but we need many more solutions as well if we are to get to zero. Currently, most of these are way too expensive (and limited in capacity) for companies to use. We've developed a platform that combines methods and makes it available to every company that wants to compensate their emissions.
