Maker is a member-based non-profit association founded in 2015 as a platform for the maker movement in Denmark and the Nordics. Since then, we've evolved from a traditional makerspace into an open lab and community central for physical entrepreneurs, startups and independent creatives. We develop, share and learn together with our members and across projects in the EU, in Denmark and in the Baltic Sea Region. Together with research institutions, companies, makerspaces and governments, we focus on sustainability and physical entrepreneurship; from open-source hardware to distributed design, aiming to transition makerspaces into circular spaces and develop sustainable practices for recycling materials, local production, and more.

GRØNBLÅ wants to create a true circular economy: First and foremost is the use of proven and certified bioplastics for packaging and accessories. A take-back program to ensure that the bio-compostable material is collected without being mixed with other material and composted in special facilities. In addition, GRØNBLÅ is working intensively with renowned research partners to further optimize the process of composting using bacteria and enzymes. Our goal is to offer high-performance bio-compostable materials and create true closed-loop solutions where the material is not discarded after use but returned to nature in an environmentally friendly way.

Os Om Havet er en frivillig organisation, der ønsker at sætte fokus på forurening af verdenshavene. Det er et stigende problem for de marine økosystemer. Omkring 70 procent af al affald, der ender i havet, synker til bunds. Her kan det have store konsekvenser for havmiljøet og er samtidig utilgængeligt for traditionelle oprydningsmetoder. Os Om Havet holder derfor arrangementer, hvor dykkere og andre ildsjæle fra hele Danmark samles og i fællesskab rydder op både over, under og i havet. Vi tror, at en god oplevelse i naturen kan skabe motivation og engagement til at handle på nogle af de store udfordringer, miljøet står overfor. Os Om Havet er mere end svømmefødder og iltflasker. However, many companies end up wasting valuable ressources and time on accounting, instead of focusing on what is really important.
