The Camp is a startup community and home to around 30 startups and entrepreneurial companies created by Tryg and Rainmaking. Cirkulær bæredygtig økonomisk forretning Mange virksomheder har i dag en vision om en bæredygtig fremtid og der stor fokus på cirkulær økonomi og byggeri. Vi i Rumett ønsker at sætte fokus på ressourcer og at erstatte noget af de naturlige ressourcer der bliver brugt i gips produktionen med aske affald, men samtidig med at opnå de nævnte cirkulærer mål. Mange af de stakeholdere som vi har snakket med som ville være vores potentielle kunder har syntes at vores koncept er fremragende og ville matche med deres vision men især på at det vil samtidigt løse et konkret problem som plager industrien. Askepladen vil have det samme koncept som gipspladen som anvendes til brandsikre konstruktioner i Danmark, disse plader er brugt i et hvert nybyggeri og renovations projekter, efterspørgslen er stor, da først og fremmest er et reglement krav at bruge gipsplader til brandsikring og akustik, men også er de nemmere at erstatte og installere.

El Drive is a deep tech company founded in 2019 with a vision to shift to the next level of mobility freedom with synergetic electrical trailer. El Drive has developed an additional electrical traction trailer system that drastically expands travel range for electric and conventional vehicles, reduces electricity / fuel consumption, provides recharging during the ride and enhancing driving experience with more stability with smart stabilization system.

Maker is a member-based non-profit association founded in 2015 as a platform for the maker movement in Denmark and the Nordics. Since then, we've evolved from a traditional makerspace into an open lab and community central for physical entrepreneurs, startups and independent creatives. We develop, share and learn together with our members and across projects in the EU, in Denmark and in the Baltic Sea Region. Together with research institutions, companies, makerspaces and governments, we focus on sustainability and physical entrepreneurship; from open-source hardware to distributed design, aiming to transition makerspaces into circular spaces and develop sustainable practices for recycling materials, local production, and more.

In some processes the input energy is converted efficiently in conceiving the output, whereas other processes utilize high amounts of energy, which eventually is wasted. Sogreeen Powers mission is to reduce the waste of energy by providing solutions which makes processes more efficient. Sogreen Power brings an analytical and technological approach to the table to recover those large or small margins of efficiency when it makes sense as a business case. We break down the problems to identify what can be improved, where know-how and first principles to derive the solutions which are taken from idea to concept, MVP and final solution. We want to contribute to increase the sustainability of the world and socities we live in.

Klimascore er den nye danske standardparameter for klimavenlige hoteller. Igennem de sidste 4 år har vi arbejdet sammen med ledende hoteller i Danmark, samt afholdt en årlig kåring, Climate Award, for at finde Danmarks mest klimavenlige hotel. Klimascore er baseret på hotellernes egne data og direkte udledning. I nær dialog med hotelledelsen og nøgleansatte hjælper vi herefter hotellerne med at blive mere klimavenlige samtidigt med at de driver deres forretning fremad, både ift. at opnå besparelser, men også i forhold til branding, medarbejdertilfredshed m.m.

Klimakampen er en start-up, der laver klimakampagner for arbejdspladser, folkeskoler og gymnasier. I hold dyster ansatte og elever om at få klimavenlige vaner. Lidt en "Vi Cykler Til Arbejde", bare med klima. Konkurrencen varer typisk 4 uger og faciliteres i vores egen app. Her vælger man hvilke pointgivende aktiviteter man har udført og ser statistik for hvordan man klarer sig og hvor meget CO2 man har sparet. Vi afholdt flere kampagne med betalende kunder og forsøger nu at skalere. Vi sidder på kontor på KU Lighthouse - Tagensvej 16a Vi er tre i teamet. Nicolai der er klimaspecialist. Dan, der er programmør og Kristian, der er klimaformidler. Vi søger en til at hjælpe med kommunikation, salg og marketing.

Based on years of development Coatable A/S was established in 2021 to bring a set of unique coating formulas to the market. Our coatings serve a broad variety of ventilation application across industries but all with the same purposes – improving indoor climate, contributing to save energy costs, CO2 emissions and the use of raw materials. Our coatings are tested and validated by the Danish Technological Institute and The Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology, and the company is ISO9001 certified by DNV.

The CargoGator is a bike trailer developed for moving cargo and parcels in the city. It is made from light-weight materials, can be mounted to almost any bike or e-bike, and with separate break-system, it is easy to handle for even non-experienced riders. With an ever growing number of last-mile and on-demand services in the cities, more and more pressure on the road networks, and a need to reduce our carbon-emission, we need to think of t.ex. bike deliveries as a part of the solution to solve transportion demands in the cities. Instead of everyone developing their own cargobikes, which can be expensive and only serves one purpose, as cargobikes, we will offer the CargoGator to bike-sharing programmes across Europe. For free. We have developed the CargoGator so it can be adapted to almost any e-bike, and the cover of the trailer, is made of strong PVC material that can be printed with any ads or commercials, which we will be selling to third parties, who wish to have their messages exposed in a new eco-friendly way on a whole new outdoor platform. Exposure of the ads will both be visible when riders are moving through the city, but as most pick-up stations of bike-sharing programmes are where people need them, the ads will also be exposed even when not rented out. Users of a shared bike/trailer solution will be both private persons living and moving in the city, and who occasionally will have a need of getting personal effects, large buys or other transported, but also professional riders, who are working for the growing number of on-demand services, couriers, supermarked delivery services a number of times a week. Instead of the riders themselves or their employers need to invest and allocate expensive cargobikes or other equipment, it will simply be possible to pick up a bike and trailer in the nearest bike-station, which is already financed through commercials. This is our core business model. There is ofcourse a market also for sellling the CargoGator to companies with their own fleet of bike-trailers or cargobikes, public institutions or other potential clients, who have a need or wish for a flexible and eco-friendly transport solution.

We all need to eat more fruits an vegetables for the sake of environment, climate and health. But the good, green stuff takes up a lot more space in the fridge - especially if you have meal boxes delivered. The result is a lack of overview (what's the slimy stuff at the back of the veggie drawer??), less practical ways to store the food and in the end food waste. We cannot defend production of even more refrigerators, nor is it clever to setup an old, less energy efficient fridge in the garage. At Coastgrass we have developed a sustainable replacement to crude oil-based plastic materials.
