ReMoni

Team: ReMoni is an R&D intensive Danish tech start-up. The team consists of 20 experienced people within both technical and business development and execution. We have a strong team spirit and employees who have bought them self into the company to be partners. Core business: We optimize buildings and production – using comprehensive monitoring – to correct malfunction and eliminate loss of: Energy, Water and Productivity. Core secret: The novelty of our technology is that our sensor system enables the user to monitor power, flow and heat flow, simply by clamping our sensor units onto cables, pipes, etc. without the need of technical intervention, or disconnecting the system.

CityCharge

CityCharge is a fast growing startup based in Oslo Norway. It was founded in 2018 and is currently receiving support from InsjUIO incubator, and collaborating with Xplorico and other partners. We are launching our product and services to Stockholm Sweden in 2020. CityCharge gives users' mobile phone power on demand through its network of portable power banks, whilst providing venues with a unique marketing tool driving customer flow. Users can find CityCharge stations in their favourite venues, like shops, restaurants and cafes, all over the Nordics. Open the app to find the stations near them. CityCharge’s portable power banks include cables for all types of phones with fast charging service, giving users the freedom to charge on the go. Users can return the power bank to any CityCharge station in the network, from the local cafe to the favourite nightclub. CityCharge's mission is to give users opportunity to be powered and stay connected any time any where, and to turn that need into venues benefits. In short term, we provide power bank sharing service for charging the phone.

Treesy ApS

Treesy ApS er en dansk climate tech-startup, der gør det nemt, billigt og gennemskueligt for privatpersoner og virksomheder at tage konkret klimahandling gennem træplantning i Tanzania. Mange mennesker og virksomheder ønsker at gøre noget for klimaet, men oplever i dag, at løsningerne er uoverskuelige, dyre, abstrakte eller svære at stole på. Samtidig vokser både klima- og biodiversitetskrisen, og behovet for skalerbare, troværdige og handlingsorienterede løsninger er større end nogensinde. Treesy er skabt for at fjerne barriererne for klimahandling. Vi tilbyder en enkel abonnementsbaseret model, hvor kunder planter træer som en konkret måde at reducere og balancere deres klimaaftryk. Vores tilgang er baseret på konservative beregninger, radikal transparens og lokal forankring. Alle træer plantes i samarbejde med lokale partnere i Tanzania og bliver: • individuelt geo-tagget • monitoreret mindst fire gange årligt • passet og genplantet i op til tre år efter plantning Vi planter et diversificeret mix af træer med fokus på både klima, biodiversitet og lokal økonomi. Bio-compostable plastic is already used in many industries today. GRØNBLÅ goes much further. As a solutions partner, GRØNBLÅ helps companies and brands to push their green and sustainable efforts to a new level. GRØNBLÅ wants to create a true circular economy: First and foremost is the use of proven and certified bioplastics for packaging and accessories. A take-back program to ensure that the bio-compostable material is collected without being mixed with other material and composted in special facilities. In addition, GRØNBLÅ is working intensively with renowned research partners to further optimize the process of composting using bacteria and enzymes. Our goal is to offer high-performance bio-compostable materials and create true closed-loop solutions where the material is not discarded after use but returned to nature in an environmentally friendly way.

Mavi Bioscience

Hydrovertic

Hydrovertic is a startup focused on revolutionizing the horticulture industry by providing low-cost vertical growing systems. These systems enable greenhouse growers to produce plants more efficiently and sustainably, without the use of chemicals. Traditional horticulture methods often require significant space and can lead to nutrient runoff, which negatively impacts the environment. Additionally, the use of chemicals in plant production poses health risks and environmental concerns. Hydrovertic addresses these issues by offering a vertical growing system that allows for multiple layers of plants, supplemented with LED lighting. This system not only maximizes space but also reduces the need for chemicals, making the production process more sustainable and environmentally friendly. By adopting Hydrovertic’s innovative approach, growers can increase their production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize their environmental footprint. This contributes to a more sustainable future for the horticulture industry and helps protect our ecosystems.

Gate2Horizon

Gate2Horizon is a new company, which leverages the experience of its employees in the domain of so-called "exploitation of project results" in large EU-funded Research & Innovation projects (under the Horizon Europe - Pillar II funding programme). We work across diverse sectors such as Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, Mining, Aquaculture, and Health Policy. As part of the consortium in the EU projects, we assist project partners in the exploitation of their project results with a hands-on approach and tools to make sure the results coming out of the project are "exploited" at the end of the project's lifetime, that is "made us of to tackle societal problems, in policymaking or for commercial purposes". In the initial phase, we identify and characterize results and their potential owners. We thereafter monitor them and select the ones with the most potential, which we nurture throughout the project lifetime with the help of our tools and services.​ We do it through: - conducting workshops on different commercial and entrepreneurial topics - holding individual coaching sessions with project partners - using credible methodologies such as the Value Proposition, Business Model Canvas, EC's Innovation Radar In a nutshell, we exploit the project results and help them on their journey towards market-ready and standalone businesses or we connect them to partners that can help with further research and development toward market readiness.

Preowned Project

We’re servicing companies within the Wind Turbine Industry, in the process of selling their Obsolete Stock/ Dead Stock products. Company Mission Our mission is to take responsibility for the environment by minimizing industrial production though easy re-use of produced products and components. Hereby we bring down the CO2 from global Production Facilities. Problem Obsolete Stock/ Dead Stock is an inevitable part of most industries. It ties up cash flow and represents a loss of revenue. The environmental focus of decreasing the high levels of CO2 coming from the production of new products, puts the industry in a situation, where they will have to report their CO2 emissions plus commit to a certain waste reduction within the following years. The situation calls for a high focus on protecting the world's resources and the necessity for re-using existing products and components. Especially Dead Stock components, which are still new and therefore hasen't yet been utilized.

UNO econetwork

UNO econetwork is young startup developing a digital platform to help businesses make corporate sustainability due diligence easy. We are working on a SaaS solution that enables users to account for their own environmental, social and governance related risks, as well as keeping a track on their suppliers'. Through our platform, companies can minimise the need to answer and resend the same information over and over again. To save our planet, it is critical that all businesses act responsibly. However, many companies end up wasting valuable ressources and time on accounting, instead of focusing on what is really important. We wish to help companies reduce the amount of double-work in their sustainability journey, so they can focus on taking action.

CargoGator - The urban bike trailer

The CargoGator is a bike trailer developed for moving cargo and parcels in the city. It is made from light-weight materials, can be mounted to almost any bike or e-bike, and with separate break-system, it is easy to handle for even non-experienced riders. With an ever growing number of last-mile and on-demand services in the cities, more and more pressure on the road networks, and a need to reduce our carbon-emission, we need to think of t.ex. bike deliveries as a part of the solution to solve transportion demands in the cities. Instead of everyone developing their own cargobikes, which can be expensive and only serves one purpose, as cargobikes, we will offer the CargoGator to bike-sharing programmes across Europe. For free. We have developed the CargoGator so it can be adapted to almost any e-bike, and the cover of the trailer, is made of strong PVC material that can be printed with any ads or commercials, which we will be selling to third parties, who wish to have their messages exposed in a new eco-friendly way on a whole new outdoor platform. Exposure of the ads will both be visible when riders are moving through the city, but as most pick-up stations of bike-sharing programmes are where people need them, the ads will also be exposed even when not rented out. Users of a shared bike/trailer solution will be both private persons living and moving in the city, and who occasionally will have a need of getting personal effects, large buys or other transported, but also professional riders, who are working for the growing number of on-demand services, couriers, supermarked delivery services a number of times a week. Instead of the riders themselves or their employers need to invest and allocate expensive cargobikes or other equipment, it will simply be possible to pick up a bike and trailer in the nearest bike-station, which is already financed through commercials. This is our core business model. There is ofcourse a market also for sellling the CargoGator to companies with their own fleet of bike-trailers or cargobikes, public institutions or other potential clients, who have a need or wish for a flexible and eco-friendly transport solution.

We're a hardware deeptech startup consisting of 5 individuals, with a burning desire to improve the environment. We have designed a filtration system, with the purpose of collecting particles such as microplastics and aquatic biomass from seawater, used in production and maritime industries. With our partners, we aim to find solutions for the use of the collected particles.
