Growstack is an open-source non-profit community project addressing the issues within our food system via vertical farming, to improve food quality and sustainability. Foodstack - the community behind Growstack - is for do'ers of all kinds who want to get involved hands-on with and share knowledge about food technology. We are everything from engineers, designers and entrepreneurs to food professionals, scientists and farmers. Growstack has an indoor growth lab and production facility in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

The goal of ILIAS NVO is to optimize the overall operation and maintenance of the military equipment that very often is being used outside normal operation patterns and in extreme conditions. The challenge was to develop mathematical models that can turn the vehicles actual usage profile into relevant information that can be used for operational, maintenance and training purposes

We`ve been organising Startup Weekends in Copenhagen for 4 years, educating and inspiring hundreds of people to become entrepreneurs. We were lucky to see it from the first row how #CPHSW helped people get into the entrepreneur mindset and to try new challenges. We always believed that one of strongest forces were the network of people you created during those crazy weekends. This is why we created Startup Weekend Mega: The biggest Startup Weekend ever organised in Europe.  We´re an awesome group of volunteers coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. All of us have their own stories about how we ended up joining the #CPHSW family.  We are proud that we`re 100% voluntarily run organisation and that we created a culture where everybody feels safe to experiment and make their own decisions. And we`re always there to support each other outside Startup Weekends.  We think being part of the organiser family is an excellent opportunity to try out craziest ideas in your field. A playground where we can have a lot of fun and learn a ton. After years of experimentation now we`re organising our biggest event, Startup Weekend Mega, and we would like to involve new people on this journey. Det kan dermed betegnes som det fjerde ben i hovedstadens offentlige transportsystem.

YourLocal er drevet af visionen om at blive den førende platform for bekæmpelse af forretningers madspild på verdensplan. Vi vil bekæmpe madspild globalt ved at sætte ind lokalt. På godt et år har vi fået mere end 500 butikker og 130.000 brugere ombord i Danmark, som hver dag via YourLocal-appen er med til at reducere madspild i Danmark. Vores næste store mål er det tyske marked.

Maker is a member-based non-profit association founded in 2015 as a platform for the maker movement in Denmark and the Nordics. Since then, we've evolved from a traditional makerspace into an open lab and community central for physical entrepreneurs, startups and independent creatives. We develop, share and learn together with our members and across projects in the EU, in Denmark and in the Baltic Sea Region. Together with research institutions, companies, makerspaces and governments, we focus on sustainability and physical entrepreneurship; from open-source hardware to distributed design, aiming to transition makerspaces into circular spaces and develop sustainable practices for recycling materials, local production, and more.

Sogreeen Powers mission is to reduce the waste of energy by providing solutions which makes processes more efficient. Sogreen Power brings an analytical and technological approach to the table to recover those large or small margins of efficiency when it makes sense as a business case. We break down the problems to identify what can be improved, where know-how and first principles to derive the solutions which are taken from idea to concept, MVP and final solution. We want to contribute to increase the sustainability of the world and socities we live in.

Bio-compostable plastic is already used in many industries today. GRØNBLÅ goes much further. As a solutions partner, GRØNBLÅ helps companies and brands to push their green and sustainable efforts to a new level. GRØNBLÅ wants to create a true circular economy: First and foremost is the use of proven and certified bioplastics for packaging and accessories. A take-back program to ensure that the bio-compostable material is collected without being mixed with other material and composted in special facilities. In addition, GRØNBLÅ is working intensively with renowned research partners to further optimize the process of composting using bacteria and enzymes. Our goal is to offer high-performance bio-compostable materials and create true closed-loop solutions where the material is not discarded after use but returned to nature in an environmentally friendly way.
