We develop, innovate, produce and deliver scalable waste-based building elements and interior products for the professional built environment. The construction industry account for 40% of all waste generated and is the #1 consumer of raw materials globally. The embedded carbon in building materials account for 11% of global carbon emission. At the same time, global floor area is expected to double by 2060. Sustainable building materials will be key to reducing footprint from the construction industry. We need to change the way we build and focus on materials produced from non-virgin materials. We make it possible to accelerate the necessary change towards a reduced use of virgin raw materials in our buildings by developing new earth and climate friendly products and solutions based on waste, biproducts, unused resources, and discarded production. We make it easy for the ones who design and build to choose a waste-based product, for the benefit of the environment, the user and the investor. Our approach is scalable. We are experts in creating valuable upcycled products from scalable sources of waste. We see opportunities, when others see waste. Our know-how drives innovation and product development and shape the products of tomorrow with the waste of today. Klimabiler

Klima Biler er sat i verden for dem, der går med tanker om at anskaffe sig en klimavenlig bil. Hos KlimaBiler.dk er der ingen benzin- og dieselbiler, medmindre der er tale om hybridbiler. Vi har fokus på klimavenlige biler og dermed fremtiden. Vi hører selv til i kategorien af dem, der elsker lyden af en V8’er! … men det er lyden af fortiden, det er lyden af afbrænding af fossile brændstoffer. Vi er også fuldt ud bevidste om, at det kan diskuteres, hvilke biltyper der forurener mest fra vugge til grav, og problematikker omkring rækkevidde, manglende ladestandere og ladetid. MEN jo flere der kører klimavenligt, jo hurtigere går udviklingen af de grønne teknologier, og jo hurtigere går det med at nedbringe de børnesygdommene med førnævnte problematikker. Derfor ønsker vi at kickstarte den udvikling og få så mange klimavenlige biler på vejene som muligt. Vi pudser ikke vores glorie! Vi glemmer også at slukke lyset og har masser af vaner, der er meget lidt klimavenlige, men stille og roligt bliver vi mere og mere bevidste om de valg der kan gøres anderledes for at belaste klimaet mindre. Det samme gælder KlimaBiler.dk. Der er masser af ting, der kan gøres bedre for den besøgende eller for dem, der sætter deres bil til salg på klimabiler.dk … der kan vi heldigvis undskylde os med, at vi er helt grønne. Men nu er vi i gang og som med el- og hybridbiler, er det et skridt i den rigtige retning. Og vi er altid åbne for forslag til forbedringer eller ideer til indhold på siden. Jo flere biler, der bliver sat til salg på klimabiler.dk, jo hurtigere og jo bedre kan vi udvikle websitet og markedsføringen og dermed få flere klimavenlige biler på vejene. Ambassadør for klimaet! Vi synes, at man ved at køre i en klimavenlig bil viser sin holdning til klimaspørgsmålet og er med til at få tvivlerne over på den grønne bølge. Man bliver ambassadør for klimaet og er med til at vise vejen til et bedre klima i alle henseender, for vi ser klimavenlige biler som fyrtårne for udviklingen af grønne teknologier generelt. Og bla. Tesla har vist, at klimavenlig teknologi og biler bestemt ikke behøver at være kedeligt.

Foodstack - the community behind Growstack - is for do'ers of all kinds who want to get involved hands-on with and share knowledge about food technology. We are everything from engineers, designers and entrepreneurs to food professionals, scientists and farmers. Growstack has an indoor growth lab and production facility in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

At Lyras, we develop and manufacture systems for the liquid food processing industry.We aim to replace traditional heat-based pasteurization and spore removal in the food processing industry by introducing our novel cold pasteurisation technology, which reduces the energy consumption related to traditional heat-pasteurization by more than 90%.Our goal is to provide a greener and more efficient technological change to a global industry, allowing for a truly sustainable production chain.

ConAid Construction Analytics develop virtual construction analytic systems as a management tool that uses multiple 3D scan methods for reality capture through the execution phase. ConAid cloud platform combines BIM-model data and as-built data and deliver action points direct to the construction managements laptop, tablet or smartphones. Furthermore we bring owners, advisers and contractors analytic statistics of the overall process that brings massive value in building projects world over.

uMover

The uMover® is a smart and usability-focused 3-wheel electrical vehicle for transporting people over shorter indoor and outdoor distances (0,5-5 km). It has been developed by us, DTU spinout CJ Company IVS, whom have built the uMover® upon a future mobility concept proposed by Continental AG (CAG). The uMover® targets employees who need to travel frequently within shorter distances, enabling them to become more efficient at work by easing their way of travel and reducing their travel time substantially. The uMover® will be a superior work-environment travel solution, as it – due to its smart design – offers the flexible advantages of walking, but with the similar speed and ease as driving a car or a bike. Drawbacks of the solutions in the market today are high prices, space requirements (especially for cars), no compliance with traffic regulations and laws and poor safety control (limiting the indoor application possibilities). Through cooperation with DTU and CAG we have been able to complete a full proof-of-concept and develop several of the unique mechanical components and are now in the detailing phase of the mechanical and electrical construction for a scale-up of the uMover®.

At CirBu we make sustainable buildings the obvious choice for everyone! The earth is running out of resources, and 50% is used by construction, but most is not reused. This is causing big damage to our planet. CirBu's software solution helps property developers make smart sustainable choices in the early report, resulting in lower costs of design, use and maintenance. A Win-Win for everyone.

We back bold entrepreneurs in their earliest stages and help shape the foundation of their aspirations. We classify investments into three categories; BUILD, SCALE, and FOMO. Building cases are companies that are so early that the company might not even be registered with the authorities yet. It’s merely an idea that we need to shape together, right from the beginning. Here we put in lots of hours and enough capital to build a minimum viable product and test the product on the market. If successful, we move to a scale-up phase investing more money and/or raise capital from external investors. SCALE cases are more developed. The first team is there, and they are close to a product-market fit. We help build the foundation with capital, advisory and agreed-upon milestones within, e.g., legal work, growth hacking, or strategy. Finally, yes, we do also invest in FOMO cases with only capital…

evolvT

evolvT facilitates responsibility for local micro and small e-commerce operators by providing environmentally friendly last-mile delivery solutions. The service includes all delivery aspects from route planning and customer service to a fleet of low tailpipe emissions vehicles. The impact of the industry on the environment is one of the most important drivers of change. In this field, 1 standard diesel van can release around 1.2 metric tons of CO2 every month. The end customers are more sensitive to this impact and more inclined to choose e-commerce operators that are working on decreasing the CO2 emissions of their operations. Meanwhile, efficiency and profitability are still prioritized by the e-commerce operators and overlooking these factors is not an option.
