We are building an intelligence platform that processes Flight Data Monitoring at scale. Using machine learning and behavioural science, we turn raw data into personalised, actionable insights for airlines and pilots. Our solutions give airlines fleet-wide optimisation and risk awareness, and provide pilots with an engaging mobile app where flying becomes measurable, improvable and meaningful. We are forming a small team of curious, ambitious builders who want to work on something real and consequential. Biotrino

Did you know that one kg of protein from beef leaves the same footprint as flying London – New York, and requires around 30kg of corn to produce? The whole agriculture- and farming industry is inefficient and broken – we are working hard to fix this. At Biotrino we are passionate about utilizing microorganisms to produce proteins and fats. They do this far faster and more efficient than animals and plants – without using any toxins.

Keima ApS

Keima is a climate tech startup making renewable energy a better and more reliable investment. We're building tools that boost ROI on solar and wind assets across Europe, while making both the investments and the energy produced accessible for any type of consumer, big or small. To begin with we are doing this by being the first vendor able to enable energy sharing communities in Denmark.

CityCharge

CityCharge is a fast growing startup based in Oslo Norway. It was founded in 2018 and is currently receiving support from InsjUIO incubator, and collaborating with Xplorico and other partners. We are launching our product and services to Stockholm Sweden in 2020. CityCharge gives users' mobile phone power on demand through its network of portable power banks, whilst providing venues with a unique marketing tool driving customer flow. Users can find CityCharge stations in their favourite venues, like shops, restaurants and cafes, all over the Nordics. Open the app to find the stations near them. CityCharge’s portable power banks include cables for all types of phones with fast charging service, giving users the freedom to charge on the go. Users can return the power bank to any CityCharge station in the network, from the local cafe to the favourite nightclub. CityCharge's mission is to give users opportunity to be powered and stay connected any time any where, and to turn that need into venues benefits. In short term, we provide power bank sharing service for charging the phone.

RiskFinder

RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. We take the complexity out of selling an EV - from offer to payment to pickup - and replace it with speed, transparency and fairness. Last year we completed over 5,000 vehicle transactions with a 98% success rate, helping more than 25,000 sellers across Europe. Our tech stack handles everything: automatic data-extraction from documents using AI, integration with national vehicle databases, fraud detection, full digital workflows and logistics orchestration. We focus exclusively on electric vehicles, giving us deep domain expertise - which means we offer better value to sellers and turn-around times that beat traditional routes.

ESEBA

ESEBA, a deep tech startup from DTU, transforms low-quality textile waste into MDF boards without binders or formaldehyde. We offer a sustainable, non-toxic alternative to traditional wood-based panels. Textile waste is a massive and growing problem in Europe – less than 1% is recycled into new products, and most ends up incinerated. At the same time, formaldehyde regulations are tightening, and deforestation pressures are increasing demand for alternatives to virgin wood. ESEBA’s mission is to enable local, circular board production through a scalable, plug-and-produce production line for furniture manufacturers.

Easysort

We are building large-scale robots with computer vision to sort all waste in extremely high purity. You are right for the team if you are passionate about building robots and/or their AI controls. Our main focus is keeping the team small. Easysort is not profitable yet. We expect to be able to pay you before the end of 2025, but all positions are unpaid and current equity-based. We expect everyone to be on-site all the time when working with Easysort.

Paint'R

In the European Union alone, more than 1.5 million paint buckets are discarded daily, constituting a disposal of 340 tons of single-use plastic that is incinerated each day. Starting from early 2023 (2025 in Denmark and Slovenia), manufacturers are obligated to cover the disposal costs of their packaging based on sustainability criteria. In Denmark, this translates to an estimated 15% fee on paint buckets. Furthermore, the conventional round shape of packaging has proven suboptimal for logistics and transportation. Beyond its environmental impact, the traditional paint bucket poses challenges for professional painters. These challenges encompass ergonomic issues during handling, such as the strain of lifting two buckets simultaneously, which exceeds recommended weight limits according to the Working Environment Authority. Painters also find themselves in awkward positions when pouring paint into a roller bucket for wall application. The demanding physical nature of the painting profession in Denmark results in accelerated fatigue and early retirement for painters. Additionally, issues like lid leakage due to dried paint and the use of fragile, porous plastic contribute to unexpected spills, particularly during abrupt vehicle stops. Our innovative solution involves a cardboard box housing two patent-pending plastic bags, each containing 5 liters of paint. This packaging not only enhances the workflow for professional painters but also reduces costs and lowers carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions by approximately 65% per unit. The box's design facilitates easy and ergonomic transportation, allowing for a 45% increase in units per pallet. The box is opened, and one of the bags is inserted into a standard roller bucket used by painters. The bag effortlessly opens and seamlessly fits into the roller bucket, wrapping around the edges, and enabling the painter to begin work promptly. This functionality is made possible through an innovative patented design and specific plastic welding techniques.
