NIRAS has built the most incredible space for green tech startups with 5000m2 of office space, storage and production facilities. NIRAS Green Tech Hub is for startups seeking an extraordinary office space with cool meeting rooms in a vibrant, green and colorful environment with great coffee in the café. Startups will also be able to rent large storage spaces, build MVPs and have actual production in the production hall. This is the place where startups, innovative ideas and green engineering specialists meet. By accessing not only the vibrating hub with peer entrepreneurs, but also the best engineers specialised in sustainability with in different industries such as food, beverage, building, energy, infrastructure etc. The co-development and collaboration between startups and NIRAS’ many experts will be the fast track to grow ideas and innovations. Currently 25 startups and scaleups saluting the green transition is reciting in the hub on a daily basis, but we are working with more than 100 startups on an annual basis through our different programs and activities.

Klima Biler er sat i verden for dem, der går med tanker om at anskaffe sig en klimavenlig bil. Hos KlimaBiler.dk er der ingen benzin- og dieselbiler, medmindre der er tale om hybridbiler. Vi har fokus på klimavenlige biler og dermed fremtiden. Vi hører selv til i kategorien af dem, der elsker lyden af en V8’er! … men det er lyden af fortiden, det er lyden af afbrænding af fossile brændstoffer. Vi er også fuldt ud bevidste om, at det kan diskuteres, hvilke biltyper der forurener mest fra vugge til grav, og problematikker omkring rækkevidde, manglende ladestandere og ladetid. MEN jo flere der kører klimavenligt, jo hurtigere går udviklingen af de grønne teknologier, og jo hurtigere går det med at nedbringe de børnesygdommene med førnævnte problematikker. Derfor ønsker vi at kickstarte den udvikling og få så mange klimavenlige biler på vejene som muligt. Vi pudser ikke vores glorie! Vi glemmer også at slukke lyset og har masser af vaner, der er meget lidt klimavenlige, men stille og roligt bliver vi mere og mere bevidste om de valg der kan gøres anderledes for at belaste klimaet mindre. Det samme gælder KlimaBiler.dk. Der er masser af ting, der kan gøres bedre for den besøgende eller for dem, der sætter deres bil til salg på klimabiler.dk … der kan vi heldigvis undskylde os med, at vi er helt grønne. Men nu er vi i gang og som med el- og hybridbiler, er det et skridt i den rigtige retning. Og vi er altid åbne for forslag til forbedringer eller ideer til indhold på siden. Jo flere biler, der bliver sat til salg på klimabiler.dk, jo hurtigere og jo bedre kan vi udvikle websitet og markedsføringen og dermed få flere klimavenlige biler på vejene. Ambassadør for klimaet! Vi synes, at man ved at køre i en klimavenlig bil viser sin holdning til klimaspørgsmålet og er med til at få tvivlerne over på den grønne bølge. Man bliver ambassadør for klimaet og er med til at vise vejen til et bedre klima i alle henseender, for vi ser klimavenlige biler som fyrtårne for udviklingen af grønne teknologier generelt. Og bla. Tesla har vist, at klimavenlig teknologi og biler bestemt ikke behøver at være kedeligt.

Beleaf is a platform that want to make it easy for everyone to hold plants. The platform consists of three parts: The app - a mobile application where users can put in their plant and get an overview of when they need caring. The device – a device that uploads data about the plants to the cloud. The shop – a webshop where users can configure a plant and get a gardener to prepare quality plants with the correct growing media. With the usage of new technologies, we're making plants digital.

We are HEMBOO: an early stage start-up with the vision of making low emissions, renewable materials the norm in construction. Besides fossil fuels, the production of concrete is the worst emitter of CO2 in the world. However it is the most used material within the construction sector. But not for long: climate legislation is about to make concrete a whole lot more expensive, by introducing a CO2 TAX. This leaves the construction companies with a problem as there is no valid sustainable alternative they can use. HEMBOO offers an easy solution: prefabricated walls for new construction made of hemp and bamboo with a reduction of 80% CO2 emitted compared to the traditionally used concrete walls. BUT the construction industry is very conservative and risk-averse. Therefore getting to market is a long journey. We built our first prototype are now preparing for the second one and are gathering data on the needs of our customers. Our aim is to provide a solution similar enough in prefabrication and installation methods, to make the transition from concrete fast and easy. Our element is designed for large scaled production so that we can have the largest impact. Recently we have received a total of 520.000 dkk in soft funding for product development and are participating in multiple startup support programs so it is full speed ahead! The team behind it all: We are a diverse team of three, Elsa Maria Iuliano, Helena Brandt Rejndrup and Michael Hallam. Helena and Elsa graduated as architectural engineers from DTU while Michael is finishing up his studies in design and entrepreneurship. Care 2 People is a non-profit NGO that provides self-help assistance, both in Denmark and around the world, our main focus areas are to fight desertification and improve the world's climate change. Care2People works with all aspects of the humanitarian field and likes to work as an umbrella organization. We do advise and conduct not only anti-radicalization courses but also competency related job adaptation, motivate and carry out repatriation tasks, including preparation and participation in clarification processes, planning integration in the home country, including business plan/return home and family plan, etc. Care2People is happy to hold courses and help launch new businesses.
