Velkommen til Plando - ejendomsbranchens digitale platform til vedligeholdelse og forbedring af bygninger med fokus på energiforbrug, udledning (CO2e) og totaløkonomi. Vores værktøj hjælper bygningsejere, ejendomsadministratorer og rådgivere med at træffe langsigtede og bedre beslutninger for deres ejendomme. Plando gør det nemt og overskueligt at arbejde med vedligeholdelse og forbedring af en ejendom - eller hele ejendomsporteføljer. Samtidig sikrer Plando overblik over bygningers CO2e-rejse og energimærke - noget som kun bliver vigtigere i fremtiden, hvor krav om bæredygtighed og ESG-rapportering (virksomheders miljømæssige, sociale og ledelsesmæssige rapportering) vil fylde endnu mere. Vi drømmer om en ejendomsbranche, der vækster i værdi gennem bæredygtige forbedringer. For vi lever i en verden, hvor vi ikke har råd til at spilde flere ressourcer. Derfor har vi besluttet os for at gøre op med vores branches ’sådan har vi altid gjort’ -måde at gøre tingene på og finde en ny vej. Vi mener, at det er på tide, at vi tager springet ind i en smartere måde at arbejde med ejendomsudvikling på. Vi holder til i det tidligere mejeri Enigheden på Rentemestervej i København NV. Aprendio

Enabling high impact learning for the maritime and renewables front line. Aprendio will be the first platform for the maritime and renewable energy sectors focusing solely on connecting front line learners with creators of high impact and immersive high quality learning experiences. Seafarers and offshore staff are faced with high risk conditions in their jobs - typically at sea or on offshore installations. They need the best tools to keep their competences updated. Aprendio's mission is to utilize the most advanced digital learning technologies enabling enable first class training centers in delivering training and learning experiences anytime, anywhere on the globe.

Klarifi

Klarifi.io is a wastewater data platform. We provide clear data about unclear water. Our wastewater market intelligence platform incorporates data from this world’s environmental protection agencies – US EPA, German Umweltbundesamt, Danish Miljøstyrelsen etc., combine it with other data sources, and make it all easily available in our data platform.

Sawux

More than 40% of the electrical energy in office environments is used outside working hours. CO2 in buildings has too high a level, which gives sick employees and students who lose 12% of their learning ability. Ventilation is often oversized by 10-20% due to uncertainty about CO2 levels, which have not been adequately investigated and measured. Often, consulting firms offer a measurement over 30 days. The measurements are only a snapshot of the real picture, which does not take into account the season and number of people in the room. VOCs in buildings are more harmful than first thought. VOC combined with too high CO2 can cause allergic reactions and over time develop asthma. The solution for reducing electricity consumption is to use intelligent automation and with behavior control. A sensor can be set up in areas that are used that automatically turn on the light when there is a person present. Several companies offer this solution, but if it is to be used for something, the devices must send data to the central server, after which you can analyze when and how much. The data set provides better management and control. For the CO2 problem, sensors are set up in the premises. The problem with existing sensors on the market is they have to be mounted with cable that is led maybe 100m away to a central box. It is both expensive and often not without surprises, especially for older buildings where drawings are often not updated. Sawux solves several of the mentioned problems. Sawux is a combination of 5 sensors in the same unit that measure and operate wirelessly. The sensors have access to a Cloud server, where data is collected every minute. Then data can be analyzed and given a real picture over time, which forms the basis for the right decision and correct ventilation systems. Sawux fits into existing 230V electrical environment and does not require cabling, boxes, battery or external power supplies. Sawux connects to the Internet via standard WiFi, which is found in all modern buildings. Sawux's solution is very cost effective and user friendly which is able to provide valid data. The Sawux system comes with an app. and web based energy management system, where you can at any time perform analysis of the building completely at the contact level.

Getaround

There are one billion cars in the world, a number that is set to double in the next 10 years—we’re doing everything we can to stop that from happening.   Getaround was founded to change the way that people think about cars. With the average car sitting idle 22 hours a day,  there had to be a better way to put the cars parked on our streets to better use.   By providing a safe and seamless way for people to share cars with each other we want to change the way the world thinks about car ownership.

Vhycle

We are a startup in the early stage that is developing a platform of vehicle-recyclingOur goal is to recycle the vehicles that are in disuse and put them available to anyone who needs one. This is for the purpose of contributing to the creation of smart cities, as well as to protect the environment since our philosophy is based on the Sustainable Development Goals.We are currently in a stage of fundraising and we are also looking for the right team to make our mission a reality. SolarDrive Container Power

We do that through our efficient plug & play solar power units that leverage a central part of the global infrastructure - the standardized shipping container. Our product, the Solar Container Power (CPS) units, fits perfectly and easily on top of standard ISO containers and provides electricity in remote areas or in situations where alternatives are expensive or not available. 🌍 Around the world, shipping containers are used as makeshift offices, storage, or place of stay. In this sense, our solution replaces or supplements generators, wind, or grid power. The units come with built-in battery capacity, inverter, MPPT, charger and control system. This means our users only need the sunshine and an extension cable to get power ⚡️ Our product 📦 is patented and has military and civilian applications. Climate change is one of the biggest challenges humanity is facing. Solar power is expected to play a big role in reducing the use of fossil fuels. We make solar power plants more efficient and cost competitive, by increasing the energy production. At Startak we design and manufacture control systems for solar trackers used in large solar photovoltaic plants, to increase the energy production by 10-20% (depending on latitude). We provide our customers with a simple to use, modern and reliable hardware and software solution that is designed to give you peace of mind and control for the lifetime of your solar plant.
