Nabo Farm er et urbant landbrug drevet efter bæredygtige principper. Vi dyrker dild, koriander, fennikel, tallerkensmækker og andet mikrogrønt, som vi leverer til en kundekreds bestående af lokale restauranter og kantiner. Vores kunder er både kvalitets- og miljøbevidste. De kan se værdien i at modtage deres bestilling, senest to timer efter den er høstet. Hverken smag eller næringsværdi går tabt under leveringen, som selvfølgelig foregår med cykelbud. Sådan trækker vi i fællesskab fødevareindustrien i en sundere og mere bæredygtig retning. Det er det, vi forstår ved godt naboskab. Afgrøderne er naturligvis fri for sprøjtegift og genmodifikationer. Ny teknologi: Vi har udviklet en ny form for byggeplade der har flere fordele end den normale gipsplade, vi kan ikke afslører detaljerne da vi er i gang med en patent ansøgning. Cirkulær bæredygtig økonomisk forretning Mange virksomheder har i dag en vision om en bæredygtig fremtid og der stor fokus på cirkulær økonomi og byggeri. Vi i Rumett ønsker at sætte fokus på ressourcer og at erstatte noget af de naturlige ressourcer der bliver brugt i gips produktionen med aske affald, men samtidig med at opnå de nævnte cirkulærer mål. Mange af de stakeholdere som vi har snakket med som ville være vores potentielle kunder har syntes at vores koncept er fremragende og ville matche med deres vision men især på at det vil samtidigt løse et konkret problem som plager industrien. Askepladen vil have det samme koncept som gipspladen som anvendes til brandsikre konstruktioner i Danmark, disse plader er brugt i et hvert nybyggeri og renovations projekter, efterspørgslen er stor, da først og fremmest er et reglement krav at bruge gipsplader til brandsikring og akustik, men også er de nemmere at erstatte og installere.

We create building materials for modern sustainable and toxic-free buildings combining hundreds of years of knowledge and tradition with modern production- and building techniques. Our aim is to make sustainable building commercially viable. Our first product is Lundby Pladen - a strong and fireproof building board made of unburned clay and woodfiber, designet for classic dry-wall construction. In the sustainable building industry there has been a long anticipation for this product. Unburned clay is the optimal material for inner walls in vapor diffusionon open building techniques as preferred in biobased sustainable building. With a strong and light building board we have solved the problem of unburned clay solutions being either too slow, heavy, fragile or expensive for commercial building. The building industry is responsible for between 17-40% of the worlds Co2 emissions. With Lundby Pladen it will be possible to fireprove biobased buildings with a low-emmission, toxic-free and environmentally harmless high quality material, and thus help making our buildings a genuine Co2-storrage instead of as now, a major Co2 polluter. In the coming years the building industry is facing new environmental laws, and will be increasingly depending on products like Lundby Pladen. We experience a major pull from the marked.
