The service is free of charge for the end user because they participate in our flexibility pool where the power companies can buy offsetting of the consumption if the grid is overloaded or production is expensive. We use Google Workspace, GitLab as code repo, Jira for our agile project management, and Slack for chat. We have a policy of 100% line coverage for unit tests, and want to support continuous delivery. We focus on collaboration and an open, inclusive work environment.
