Rumett casts paper-free mineral wall panels from gypsum and bio-ash. The surface is finished at the point of casting — no paint, no filler, no finishing step. The panels are solid mineral with no paper facing, cast 13 mm thick in a 600 × 1200 mm reference format, and screw-fixed to a supporting steel or timber framework rather than glued. Because the fixings stay accessible, a panel can be removed and reinstalled in a new layout instead of being broken out. The panels are classified A1 for reaction to fire in accordance with EN 13501-1:2018, issued by DBI. The classification applies to the product defined in the report; coverage of sealed or lacquered variants remains to be confirmed. The report is available on request.
