Agoprene AS

Agoprene is a biotech startup based in Oslo and Copenhagen. Agoprene is developing furniture foam from biomass to help the furniture industry reduce their need for petrochemicals. ​ Globally, furniture foam, which is derived from petroleum, accounts for 105 million tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. One armchair for example, emits an average of 43 kg CO2e, almost half of which is due to furniture foam. ​ Agoprene's foam is completely free of petrochemicals. We believe finding planet-friendly alternatives isn’t a challenge; it’s an opportunity.

STAC's focus is on developing zero emission cooling solutions using water as the refrigerant and our product solutions are made to plug and play replace current cooling chillers using destructive synthetic refrigerants. STAC Technology makes sustainable industrial cooling solutions exclusively using water as the refrigerant. STAC's cooling solutions are designed to be used in multiple applications across a variety of industries. STAC Technology is a hardtech cleantech R&D Engineering company was started in 2016 and has been going through a speedy development since 2020 and is now funded by EIC, European Innovation Council and the commercialization phase in 2024-2027 will be funded by a consortium consisting of EIB, European Investment Bank and others.

GAIA EXPRESS

GAIA Express is building sustainable, autonomous VTOL drones designed to replace helicopters in offshore logistics—cutting costs, emissions, and response times. Our long-range ethanol-powered drones operate fully autonomously and can deliver up to 230kg of critical parts, tools, or supplies to ships, rigs, or remote coastal locations across 2400 km. By replacing helicopters—which are costly, carbon-heavy, and logistically inflexible—we provide a cleaner, safer, and far more efficient solution. GAIA Express enables offshore industries to meet urgent needs in within the hour, instead of within hours, while reducing CO₂ emissions by over 95% per delivery compared to traditional helicopters - based on a full lifecycle assesment. Our scalable platform supports everything from spare parts to medical kits, helping the maritime and energy sectors stay operational and sustainable. As a strategy to test and develop smaller drones in order to gain experience with the worlds leading drone developers (Ukrainian companies), we're currently developing drones for the Ukraine.

At Lyras, we develop and manufacture systems for the liquid food processing industry.We aim to replace traditional heat-based pasteurization and spore removal in the food processing industry by introducing our novel cold pasteurisation technology, which reduces the energy consumption related to traditional heat-pasteurization by more than 90%.Our goal is to provide a greener and more efficient technological change to a global industry, allowing for a truly sustainable production chain.
