NOON Ventures is a Copenhagen-based early-stage investor established in 2020. We invest in proven transformative technologies with the potential to significantly impact environmental or climate challenges. Our aim is to become the preferred partner for green entrepreneurs, and we do so by limiting our investments to few companies and working day-to-day with each of them – a fundamentally different approach than traditional early-stage investors. Centrally located in Copenhagen, Flowering is developing bouquets with a reduced CO2 output to help environmentally conscious customers reduce waste and promote sustainability with beautifully crafted, eco-friendly floral arrangements. Flowering addresses the significant issue of flower waste in the floral industry. This problem affects both the environment and flower producers, contributing to unnecessary carbon footprints. The widespread waste impacts growers, retailers, and consumers who seek sustainable alternatives. Our team at Flowering sources surplus flowers that would otherwise be discarded and repurposes them into beautiful, high-quality bouquets in combination with local and certified flowers. By implementing efficient logistics and innovative design processes, we ensure these flowers reach customers fresh and vibrant, reducing waste and promoting sustainability without any intermediaries. The inspiration for Flowering came from witnessing the vast amounts of perfectly good flowers being discarded daily. Motivated by a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive environmental impact, we left our jobs and studies to focus on creating a business that not only delivers beauty but also champions environmental responsibility.

What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. Enduro Genetics is a startup committed to improving large-scale fermentations, closing the scale-up gap to make bioproducts possible at any scale. We offer our proprietary platform Enduro Sense that enhances large-scale fermentation by optimising population heterogeneity. Enduro Sense is a seamlessly integrated, self-selecting technology that addicts microbial cells to production and therefore eliminates low-producing cells. Everimpact is dedicated to simplifying the measurement of greenhouse gas emissions for cities and businesses, facilitating emission reduction opportunities, and supporting essential climate investments. Our innovative climate monitoring system integrates satellite data, ground sensors, and AI into a robust software platform, enabling accurate determination of carbon footprints. By doing so, our clients can identify emission reduction opportunities and access funding for their climate initiatives.

We are devoted to accelerating the development and adoption of technologies that can help fight climate change by actively removing CO2 from the atmosphere. The challenge We are emitting 50 Gigatons of CO2 every year, and that needs to be reduced by at least 80%. However, that still leaves 10 Gigatons of CO2, and we need to get all the way to zero. Trees are great, but we need many more solutions as well if we are to get to zero. Currently, most of these are way too expensive (and limited in capacity) for companies to use. We've developed a platform that combines methods and makes it available to every company that wants to compensate their emissions. We work with cutting edge technologies, including Direct Air Capture, Bio char, Bio oil etc.

Fischer Lighting is a sustainable front-runner who has developed a unique circular business model where waste is transformed into new beautiful lamps that make buildings more sustainable and people healthier. In 2023, Fischer Lighting saved more than 53 tons of discarded lamps from being thrown away, and with the concepts ReUse, ReDesign, and ReCreate, unique lighting solutions are created in a beautiful and industrial design that meets all the requirements of a new lighting fixture. In addition to environmental sustainability, social sustainability is also an important part of the concept. Therefore, all the old lamps are separated and assembled by people on the edge of the labor market in Denmark. At the same time, the lamps are equipped with the latest technology, which, among other things, enables circadian lighting, which can stimulate the production of hormones in our body and create better well-being for people in buildings.

mellow designs is a circular design and construction company. We specialise in designing indoor and outdoor spaces using upcycled material like euro pallets and scaffolding systems. We have invented unique connection systems that allow us to use material in a modular manner to design and construct temporary infrastructure.
