Hubb Kitchens

Hubb creates daring takeaway brands tailored for home delivery. We put multiple brands under one roof, in our kitchens designed specifically for high scale production- thus increasing efficiency and lowering costs. This results in what we call Cloud Kitchen hubs; a new concept in food delivery, which has seen rapid growth and multi-million dollar investments in the past two years. Food delivery, a market scarce on profit margins and limited by the quality of local takeaway restaurants, demands new solutions. At Hubb, we are working to solve the food delivery challenges, by: (1) creating world-class takeaway brands designed specifically for delivery, (2) rapidly building new kitchen hubs specifically for multi-branded take-away productions, and (3) increasing traditional profit margins, by lowering production costs compared to typical restaurateurs Hubb has recently secured a DKK million investment, to build brands and scale kitchens. We are a team of young professionals, with experience from food delivery, Michelin restaurants and restaurant tech. We believe we can pioneer the next big thing in the restaurant industry, and hope you would like to submit an application to come to join us in this effort.

Grad ApS

GRAD ApS is a Danish startup on a mission: to sustainably refine the global beverage cooling industry. Located on Vesterbro in Copenhagen and based on its patent pending technology and award winning design, GRAD has developed a portfolio of “Perfect Serve” cooling products for the global hospitality industry. The product has gained international traction and the company is currently scaling up fast on several markets globally. GRAD is an international team of 10 with backgrounds varying from engineering and design, to business and supply chain. It is an open, friendly, trusting and hardworking environment where coffee is always flowing, and (perfectly cooled) drinks can be enjoyed on a Friday at the home-built office bar.

Thirsty

Thirsty is a fun-to-use mobile platform that enables people to bring the bar experience at home. Discover, learn and get the best recommendations for enjoying a well-made drink! Finding something that fits your tastes is most of the time a gamble! Discovering and experimenting with your preferences can be a fun learning experience when you’re not holding the line behind you at a busy bar. Our goal is to normalize the world of cocktails and to make it more accessible towards people who are interested in enjoying drinks. We want to shake people together through the shared experience of cocktails. We help people to discover what cocktails fit their individual tastes and learn how to impress their guests by making fancy drinks at home (or at your garden party!). By giving people the tools to learn what they like to drink and enable them to discover new sides of themselves, we educate consumers by making the complex world of mixology simpler and more accessible to people who are interested in enjoying drinks. Follow your favorite bartenders, save recipes or publish your own take on a drink you love!

Cirqle

Plastic waste and single-use packaging is one of the great unsolved problems for our planet. In Denmark, we produce 844KG of household waste annually per person. Most of this packaging is used for food and beverage products and it is an increasingly large environmental challenge. At Cirqle we are driven by our mission to make single-use a thing of the past and make reuse packaging the norm. Reusing packaging reduces the impact, and greatly minimizes the natural resource use of packaging. With our pioneering reuse packaging service and technology platform, we make reuse a reality for companies in the food and beverage industry. We are already breaking new ground with our meal-kit service, but the sky's the limit when it comes to reuse packaging. With partners we cover the full supply chain from packaging production and software development to sanitation and logistics making sustainability the easy choice for our customers.

Wavy Wonders ApS

We're on a journey to introduce seaweed as a natural part of nordic food - first by way of a sustainable, nutritious, ready-to-eat snack product. Each bite begins with a crispy lightness followed by a wholesome, satisfying crunch, crafted in a selection of familiar flavors - done a little differently. The Why: By 2050, the world is required to produce at least 50% more food and do so while achieving 'Net Zero' carbon emission according to the UN. Seaweed has unique properties in that it can be grown on lines of rope in the ocean, with no requirement for artificial inputs (fertiliser, fresh water, light). The output is nutritious seaweed that is stock full of essential vitamins (A, D, E, B1, B2), Iron, Calcium, and Omega-3 fat - usually only found in fish. And there's more - seaweed also sequesters about 5x as much CO2 as land-based plants. In short, seaweed can be part of the solution for some of the world's largest issues. Our dream, is to create local demand, for locally produced seaweed, to support foods of the future and Danish companies.

Just Plants

Just Plants ApS was founded in 2019 with the mission to mainstream plant-based deliciousness. We create ready-to-eat meals focusing on taste, sustainability and nourishment. Our dinner meals are especially suited for families with children. They create harmony around the dinner table. Nextfood

At Nextfood, we are reshaping the plant-based food supply chain from farm to fork with large scale indoor farms combined with mini-farms in restaurants, catering, retail etc. Our computer controlled decentralised farm network grows deliciously fresh, locally produced, pesticide-free greens year-round to the benefit of flavour, health and climate. 1 m2 Nextfood farm corresponds to 200 m2 outdoor farm land and saves 98% water, more than 75% fertiliser and electrifies energy consumption. In turn addressing one of humanity’s greatest challenges: A sustainable high quality food supply for a rapidly growing urbanised population.

Bottle Hero

Bottle Hero is an online marketplace for premium wine, craft beers and spirits. We have a strong desire to support local shops as much as possible. This means that every time a customer orders wine or beer from our platform, the order goes directly to one of our local partners. Our product range is put together by all our partners, who are some of Denmark's leading experts and enthusiasts in wine, craft beer and spirits. Bottle Hero was started to spread the word about quality wine, beer and spirits while harnessing and enjoying all the beverages that have already been produced, bottled and therefore already left their mark on our world at the production stage.

TruckFood ApS

Bringing innovation to the street food market through Pop Ave, a digital platform that helps food trucks optimize their day to day activities and services to customers. Food trucks face a number of challenges such as low visibility, limited space, high competition, and low profit margins. Pop Ave helps food trucks reach more customers by providing an online presence, live location tracking, order management, and connecting food trucks with street food events & festivals. - And with our Self-service feature, we allow customers to quickly order food through their phone or a the food truck tablet for an overall improved customer experience, especially useful in areas with high foot traffic where long queues can be a problem.

Food Studio

Food Studio er førende indenfor gastronomiske oplevelser i Danmark. Mad er et universelt samlingspunkt, der integrerer mennesker og styrker samarbejdet, og det udnytter vi til fulde i vores kokkeskoler, kulinariske teambuildings og eksklusive middage. Food Studio arbejder med nogle af landets bedste råvareleverandører og bruger så vidt muligt, altid råvarer i sæson og gerne så lokalt som muligt. Hos Food Studio kan du få lov til at lave mad med nogle af landets dygtigste kokke - hvad end det er en autentisk Masterchef- oplevelse, eller en fransk gourmetaften. Derudover samarbejder vi med nogle af landets flotteste godser og herregårde, hvor vi tilbyder en ægte Nak og Æd oplevelse med lerdueskydning, jagt og madlavning i det fri. Udover vores kokkeskoler, laver vi også specielle pop-up events for vores kunder, som ønsker en unik madoplevelse. Her behøver gæsterne ikke deltage i madlavningen, men kan blot nyde selskabet med kollegaer, venner eller kunder alt imens holdet af kokke og tjenere sikrer gæsterne den ultimative oplevelse.

Connecting Grounds ApS

Connecting Grounds is a food start-up based in Aarhus that up-cycles spent coffee grounds (a.k.a. coffee waste) into a food ingredient for B2B snack and confectionary companies and restaurants. Why do we do it? 1. Environment Spent coffee grounds are often treated as waste. Think about how many cups of coffee you or the people around you drink per day. All the coffee waste from drinking coffee adds to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions. 2. Nutritional Value When we brew our cup of coffee, we are only taking advantage of 1% of coffee's nutrients. 99% of these nutrients stay in the spent coffee grounds. These nutrients include caffeine, dietary fibre, proteins and valuable minerals. What we do is change the narrative behind hidden food waste by starting with coffee by-products. By up-cycling such a product, we evert emissions, take advantage of our resources and raise awareness on the importance of up-cycling. Rethinking food is what we do, and we will not stop with coffee by-products. We will continue to search for resources/ingredients that have the potential of being reintroduced in the food stream, again.

Banana Cph

At Banana, we produce ice cream, bread and sweets from "ugly", ripe, organic bananas. Bananas that would otherwise be discarded because of looks or being ‘overripe’. But those bananas are the nerve of Banana Cph . They are ripe, sweet and form the perfect base for our ice cream, bread and sweets. Bananas are one of the most wasted foods in the world. Early in the value chain with the farmers, a staggering 40% is discarded due to appearance alone. Not to mention during transport and in the supermarkets, where millions of bananas are thrown out every day, because of looks and ripeness. A huge contrast to what the world is calling for. And what consumers are calling for. In Banana, we think circularly, sustainably, and uncompromisingly. That is the core of our DNA. We produce products that speak to both taste and conscience. Wrapped in a modern, aesthetic brand that resonates with today’s consumers.

ÅBEN

ÅBEN is a Danish craft brewery, located in Copenhagen. We opened in 2017 and have since grown drastically with bars in Aarhus, Roskilde and Copenhagen with presence across most of Europe. Experimentation is part of ÅBEN’s DNA and our beer catalog consists of beers ranging from hoppy IPAs and fruity sours to dark Imperial stouts. This year we opened our new brewery in Copenhagen which will significantly increase capacity allowing us to brew more of the beers we love. Besides the brewery, the location in Kødbyen also consists of a permanent tank bar with taproom and restaurant to be opened in 2023, where guests are seated in between the fermentation vessels. Creating experiences is an important part of ÅBEN's DNA which is why we regularly host events and participates in collaborations across the industry. ÅBEN consists of approximately 60 people spread across 3 beer bars and the office and brewery in Copenhagen.

Camping Denmark

Camping Denmark currently has 2 units in Aarhus and 1 in Copenhagen. In the unit we feature mini golf and a bar together with delicious food. We focus on revenue growth through different campaigns and want to create innovative ways of engaging our target group to spend their days and evenings at our facilities. Join the team!
