FEAST Ingredients stands for Functional, Ethical, Advanced, Sustainable, and Transparent ingredients. We’re a food-tech startup on a mission to transform the future of food by creating clean-label, organic flavor ingredients using legume seeds and salt as the sole input. Endless Food Co

We're future-proofing the chocolate industry. We are tackling a major environmental issue in the food industry—chocolate production’s significant contribution to deforestation and unsustainable farming practices. This problem affects not just chocolate manufacturers but the entire food supply chain. With growing concerns over climate change, labor issues, and the vulnerability of cacao supply, there’s an urgent need for alternatives. Our solution benefits both manufacturers and consumers by offering a product that is environmentally friendly and reduces the demand on traditional cacao farming. Endless Food Co is creating THIC (This Isn’t Chocolate), a chocolate alternative made from upcycled ingredients. It delivers the same indulgent experience but without the environmental impact of traditional cacao farming. Our product integrates easily into existing chocolate applications, offering a sustainable choice for manufacturers. We saw the environmental and ethical challenges of chocolate production and wanted to create a solution. Combining our passion for food innovation and sustainability, we founded Endless Food Co to offer a delicious, eco-friendly alternative that future-proofs the chocolate industry.

The Umamamia mission is to make umami a cornerstone of the green transition of the food industry, delivering plant-based, clean label, organic food ingredients.

Nikris ApS

Nikris offers premium, sustainable plantbased cheese alternatives for cooking in professional kitchens. Cheese is used in various meals. However, there is a need for alternatives as the carbon footprint emissions from conventional cheese is significant. Our products have low carbon footprint emissions and can replace conventional cheeses used in cooking. The characteristics of our products are: good natural taste, good functionality in cooking, have a strong nutritional profile and are free of allergens.

Hubb Kitchens

Hubb creates daring takeaway brands tailored for home delivery. We put multiple brands under one roof, in our kitchens designed specifically for high scale production- thus increasing efficiency and lowering costs. This results in what we call Cloud Kitchen hubs; a new concept in food delivery, which has seen rapid growth and multi-million dollar investments in the past two years. Food delivery, a market scarce on profit margins and limited by the quality of local takeaway restaurants, demands new solutions. At Hubb, we are working to solve the food delivery challenges, by: (1) creating world-class takeaway brands designed specifically for delivery, (2) rapidly building new kitchen hubs specifically for multi-branded take-away productions, and (3) increasing traditional profit margins, by lowering production costs compared to typical restaurateurs Hubb has recently secured a DKK million investment, to build brands and scale kitchens. We are a team of young professionals, with experience from food delivery, Michelin restaurants and restaurant tech. We believe we can pioneer the next big thing in the restaurant industry, and hope you would like to submit an application to come to join us in this effort.

BRØG

In BRØG we are developing a beautiful pour over coffee machine, where the user can control several variables in order to make their preferred cup of coffee. Our vision is to give the user the opportunity to brew the perfect cup of coffee while keeping the machine aesthetically beautiful. Besides that, we want to create an app where our customers can share, download and rate brews and thereby create a community similar to Vivino but for coffee lovers. Our customer segments consist primarily of coffee and design enthusiasts. The Scandinavian countries are the most coffee drinking nations worldwide, with a market potential of 800.000 sales - especially because black pour over coffee is the preferred brewing method. Furthermore, the design often matters a lot when Scandinavians buy new interior equipment and we plan on branding BRØG with that in focus. In order to brew a great cup of pour over coffee with the pour over method, you need to practice a lot to do it perfectly. This is where our machine comes into the picture. When using our machine, the user will be able to adjust all the crucial variables and thereby recreate their favorite cup of coffee every time. Besides that, our machine distributes the water correctly over the beans using our newly patented-pending water distributor. This will together with the right temperature, waterflow, bloom time and bloom water ensure a great cup of coffee. If the user is not an experienced barista or coffee connoisseur, they can use our app and in that find the coffee bean they are using (or a similar one) and see what settings other users have used and what the result was like. Anyone can therefore create a great cup of coffee with minimum effort or knowledge. All the components necessary to control these parameters require very little battery which, together with our battery pack, allows the user to brew a minimum of 100 cups of coffee before having to about recharging the machine. BRØG is portable and gives the user a lot of freedom which together with our design-protected design differentiates us from our competitors. The team consists of three Process and Innovation students from DTU. Our skills as a team cover the fundamental knowledge necessary to run a startup due to us having different qualities and interests. We have a great team spirit and know each other's strengths and weaknesses and help each other whenever the need arises. Two of us have been working on BRØG for the past one and a half years and are now going full time in our company, and the third partner just joined. Besides us, we have a strong team of advisors and mentors. Our advisory board consists of a business lawyer working with startups, a product developer, a business and market expert from CBS and an entrepreneur that we try to meet up with 6 times a year. Besides that, we have a mentor from a previous mentor program with years of experience as a designer within the same luxurious customer segment, who helps us create a beautiful and user-friendly product. This group of people have also helped us create a large network with contacts in all areas of expertise that we need to succeed.

UpFood

UpFood is a tech startup that develops sustainable solutions to up-cycle the food, that otherwise get wasted throughout the food value chain, into different value-added food ingredients.  Besides, we will also provide our low cost and efficient technologies to smallholder farmers, producing 80%  of food in the world but facing significant food loss challenges. Our patent pending solutions address UN SDGs 1, 2, 6, 7 and 12. We envision a successful business with huge impact in the world.

Tepui Agentic Labs

Tepui Agentic Labs is Europe’s first AI-native agentic data platform , built in Denmark from the ground up on EU-sovereign infrastructure for mid-market businesses trapped on legacy systems. Most mid-market companies across Europe are sitting on years of valuable business data locked inside outdated databases, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. They have no data team to fix it, and enterprise solutions are priced for companies ten times their size. The result: critical business decisions made on gut feel, manual reports that take days to assemble, and institutional knowledge trapped in files nobody dares to touch. Tepui solves this with three product lines. Datarcon modernises legacy data, extracting, cleaning, and transforming it into a modern analytics layer the business actually owns. Our Sovereign SaaS platform lets companies run AI-powered tools on EU infrastructure with no data leaving European soil ,fully compliant, fully controlled. And Tonin, our autonomous 24/7 AI agent, monitors the business continuously, triggers alerts, generates reports, and answers operational questions in plain language. Tonin is not a chatbot , it is an always-on intelligence layer that works while the team sleeps. A standout feature of our AI agents is the Consciousness Core , an integrated ethics layer ensuring responsible AI behaviour and compliance with the EU AI Act from inception. Every agent decision is traceable, auditable, and explainable by design. The platform is built on an enterprise-grade 7-layer security architecture, fully EU-sovereign with no data leaving European soil. We serve multiple industry verticals across Denmark hospitality (restaurant groups, hotels), construction (mid-market contractors), social housing (almene boligorganisationer), investment funds (PE, VC, family offices), food suppliers, automotive (parts distributors, dealer groups), and law firms with additional verticals in development. Every vertical has the same problem: years of data locked in systems that never talk to each other. Same core product, different industry configuration.
