Råd til Bolig is a Danish B2B software platform for financial advisers. It combines property and mortgage information with data from Denmark's land register (Tinglysning). Advisers can calculate and compare Danish mortgage loans, prepare financing scenarios during client meetings, and monitor loans and changes in the land register. The platform keeps client dialogue history and follow-up tasks together. Advisory firms can add branded calculators to their websites and receive leads with property and loan data in Råd til Bolig. The API provides access to Tinglysning data, property information, property valuations, mortgage data and financing calculations. Råd til Bolig also supplies Danish property-register and geodata datasets through Snowflake. The adviser platform runs in a web browser, with subscriptions per financial adviser.
