Placepoint is a property data platform for Norway and Sweden. We collect, normalise and quality-check public registers and market data, and join them per property: cadastre, land register, zoning, ownership, tenants, transactions and risk. Every answer shows its source and date. Customers use the data in the Fusion web app, pull it into their own systems with the Placepoint API, or ask questions in chat with Placepoint AI. They are property owners, developers, brokers, banks and municipalities. Over 950 customers and 6,500 users work with Placepoint today.
