Omistajatieto.fi (Hållakoll.se in Sweden) is a SaaS platform that gives every home, cottage, boat and car a complete digital ownership record. Service history, receipts, manuals, warranties and renovations are all kept in one place and travel with the property when it's sold! The problem: Owners lose track of what has been done to their property and when. Records are scattered across drawers, inboxes and the memories of previous owners. That leads to missed maintenance, costly damage, weaker resale prices and a lack of trust between buyers and sellers. Existing solutions, like Boligmappa in Norway, cover only homes or are poorly built and lightly used. Our solution: A user-friendly app that covers all major property types, with a free basic tier. It reminds owners about maintenance, connects them with local service providers, and offers member benefits from partner brands, so an insurer can reach boat owners or a renovation company can reach homeowners. Why now and why us: Ownership is going digital, and second-hand sales increasingly depend on documented history. We launched in October 2026 and reached 200+ owners across Finland and Sweden in less than a month, with paying customers. I designed and built the product myself, and we can ship fast. Our goal is to become the Nordic standard for ownership records.
