Founder/CEO Profile – Automated Fitness Studio We are looking for a growth-driven Co-founder to lead the launch and international scale-up of a new premium fitness and lifestyle concept. The candidate will be a de-facto co-founder and leading face and operational power of the company. The concept combines experience in building physical locations with a proven ability to create buzz and drive customer acquisition through world-class social media execution. We imagine the founder to have a very ambitious nature with a commercial mindset. Added competence in the form of skills in procurement, software product ownership, leveraging AI tools as business drivers are all an advantage. Most likely, the ideal candidate has a background in business, fitness/health concepts but most importantly a strong entrepreneurial mindset is required. The role also calls for a people-oriented leader who is disciplined, structured, and relentlessly ambitious.
