We are Miss Bagel. Since 2001 we have built the Danish bagel market to become the largest in the Nordics, and now we are on a quest to engage even more bagelievers accross the Nordics and Europe. Our ambitions are founded in 25 years excelling bagel sensorics, quality and simplicity in our bakery. We bake without added E-numbers, preservatives, eggs, milk, or fats. All varieties—except for Chili Cheddar—are vegan. We have expanded our portefolio beyond Bagels to Buns, Pies & Bakes, thus becoming a trusted food and snack partner for coffee shops, bakeries and convenience channels. All our products are delivered frozen to preserve the bread’s texture from bakery to table and to reduce food waste.
