For the last 6 months, we ran a high-growth B2B AI consulting agency in Denmark, hand-crafting custom automation workflows for local contractors. The market response was overwhelming: inbound demand far outstripped our physical capacity to build. We quickly realized that building bespoke infrastructure for 1-3 months per client wasn't scalable. Joey is the direct productization of that validated market demand.
