In order to improve care quality and productivity, healthcare providers are now introducing digital processes, and they need a solution for remote monitoring of patients with these large chronic conditions. Glucostratus uses mobile and cloud technology to help healthcare providers to transform the care of asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure from paper records prevalent today to a digital process based on shared up-to-date data and intelligent analytics.
