FlowAgent is a job and project management system for companies with employees in the field – plumbers, electricians, technical service and cleaning companies. These businesses run on three kinds of work at once: urgent call-outs when a customer calls, recurring service agreements, and larger projects that run over weeks. Most still juggle whiteboards, spreadsheets, paper job sheets and separate tools for time tracking and invoicing – which means double entry, forgotten service visits and hours that never get invoiced. FlowAgent puts it all in one place. The office plans and dispatches jobs from one overview, service jobs from fixed agreements are created automatically, and field workers get everything they need in the mobile app: jobs, time and material registration, photos and QA checklists – even offline. When the work is done, it becomes an invoice in a few clicks and goes straight to e-conomic, Dinero or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with payroll data to Danløn, Dataløn and Proløn.
