We help students gain real-world project experience throughout their studies, provide direct value to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in need of help with projects, and relevant practical experience for students as part of the course curriculum through its institution.
In recent years, several thousand graduates in Norway have spent over 6 months finding a relevant job, creating all sorts of socio-economic consequences. Lack of project experience with students leads to uncertainty among employers when recruiting graduates, favouring candidates with years of work experience.
Businesses do not seem to understand graduates' competence, which makes it harder for them to accept graduates over others due to the cost of wrongful hiring. Further, today's efforts to strengthen students' experience do not meet the demand for the experience required in the business world.
By rearranging the scene and letting students and SMEs cocreate together, we will accelerate the recruitment of graduates and unlock the capabilities and growth potential of SME businesses.
