Casca

Our Mission We are on a mission: Every year, millions of tons of coffee fruit waste (cascara) are discarded during coffee production, creating significant environmental challenges. We salvage this nutrient-rich, naturally caffeinated super-ingredient to craft premium, organic, non-alcoholic sparkling drinks. By prioritizing a circular economy and working directly with the upcycling of waste products, we don’t just create a delicious alternative for the conscious consumer - we also help reduce environmental impact and create an additional revenue stream for coffee farmers. How We Work We import cascara directly from the farmers and partner with expert subcontractors for our organic brewing, production, and storage, allowing our core team to remain agile, creative, and completely focused on scaling our market presence. At the outset we focus on local hipster/organic cafés, restaurant and bars in the HORECA segment preparing for broader retail when the market is ready. Why Join Us? We are a small, ambitious, and passionate team of founders, innovators, and specialty coffee enthusiasts. As a startup, we value creative freedom, and believe in true ownership. Joining us you will be a foundational part of our journey, with the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, brand culture, and future growth. If you are driven by sustainability, love building authentic relationships, and want to help turn a circular business model into a household name, we’d love to have you on board.
