Aprex is a Norwegian software company from Tønsberg that builds practical AI systems, automation, integrations and custom software for Nordic businesses with manual, operational workflows. Many companies still run on spreadsheets, copy and paste between systems, and tools that look great in a demo but fall apart on a busy Monday morning. We fix that one workflow at a time. We map the data, roles and risk, build a narrow first version, and test it with real users before anything is scaled. A typical pilot takes 2 to 6 weeks. What we build: AI solutions (internal copilots, RAG, AI agents and document flow), automation, integrations, custom software, mobile apps and websites. Aprex was founded in 2026 by Preben Skatvedt Ruud and Alexander Terje Loe Balsnes. We are a small team, and you always talk to the people who design, build and run the software.
