We are enabling the mounting of solar systems in fragile or challenging terrains.
Current mounting structures are based on pile ramming, concrete or similar solutions. This limits the number of locations for ground mounted solar systems or makes it very expensive to build these systems. These systems are also very labour intensive, making it difficult to develop solar systems in locations where labour is hi-cost. Since current mounting structures is best for large flat areas, these systems also face competition for other purposes also valuing large flat areas. This makes the alternative cost of the area rather high.
We are aiming on mitigating these challenges with our mounting system, opening for larger solar systems in areas that until now have been deemed not suitable. This because the soil conditions are too difficult, the terrain demands too much soil cultivation making the cost high either economical or ecological, the labour cost is too high, or the flat and open landscape is prioritized for other purposes than solar systems.
We are not competing with existing mounting system, but opening new possibilities for more solar energy worldwide.
