Milva er en innovativ dansk techvirksomhed, der udvikler avancerede softwareløsninger til ressource-, miljø-, og materialekortlægning i byggebranchen. Vores mål er at hjælpe både private aktører og offentlige myndigheder med at effektivisere deres processer gennem præcis registrering, prøvetagning og afrapportering. Vores løsninger gør det nemt for kunderne at overholde lovgivning og bidrage til et bedre arbejdsmiljø. I Milva er vi ved at revolutionere måden, man dokumenterer materialer og eksisterende ejendomme på. Med vores software, Milva, har vi vendt hele processen på hovedet og omdanner en eksisterende bygning til en minedrift frem for den bunke affald, som det oftest opfattes i dag. I processen nedsætter vi tidsforbruget, standardiserer data og automatiserer afrapporteringen for lovpligtige processer. Den korte version er, at vi med vores digitale værktøj i hånden under en fysisk inspektion af huset kan finde ud af, præcist hvad det indeholder af materialer, miljørisiko og muligheder. En Milva-rapport bliver beriget med en masse ekstra data og udregninger, på baggrund af de informationer, som der er indsamlet på matriklen. Informationer som enten er lovpligtige, nødvendige eller snart bliver det. Det er mega smart, hvis vi selv skal sige det, at automatisere tidskrævende skrivebordsopgaver og standardisere dataformatet. Alle aktørerne i byggebranchen, de offentlige instanser og endda civilsamfundet har interesse i den data vi dagligt indsamler og behandler. Denne information kan vi bruge til at optimere logistiklinier, projektøkonomier, arbejdsmiljø, forsyningssikkerhed, affaldsstatistikker og meget, meget mere på sigt. Vi har fundet en lille niche som ingen andre udvikler digitalt, men som alle har interesse i. Nogle vil endda kalde det fundamentalt for udviklingen af fremtidens digitale byggeindustri. Men hvis vi skal være helt ærlige, så er det de økonomiske besparelser og effektiv compliance vores kunder oplever i dag, der er den primære årsag til væksten på vores SaaS. At Yobr, we see collaboration between students and companies as a way to bring fresh perspectives and the latest skills to real-world challenges. Companies gain flexible, efficient ways to complete meaningful projects that create real value while discovering new talent. For students, it’s an opportunity to apply their skills, learn, and grow in a professional setting. The problem is that most companies struggle to tap into this potential—they don’t have the time, resources, or know-how to make it work. Yobr is changing that. We’re building a platform that leverages AI to simplify project planning, efficiently match yobs with the right students from our talent base, and support execution with intuitive collaboration tools and tailored AI agents. Since starting in January we have done pilots with known brands like SalMar, SpareBank 1 and Norbit, gaining key insight on how students projects should be run. We've developed our technical solution since August, and are looking to launch a beta of our platform in January 2025. We just closed a Angel round and received Innovation Norway's phase 2 grant, targeting break-even and a seed round in Q2 2025. We are a solid team of builders and creators, 3 being full-time and 3 part-time, based in Oslo and Trondheim. Now we are looking to take this to the next level!

HP-appen

HP-appen is a learning platform where students can prepare for the SweSAT exam (Högskoleprovet), a Swedish university admission exam with 100k test takers yearly. We are helping young people to study for university admission tests by building an interactive and gamified study platform, so they can get into their dream education. We launched our platform 2023 and have more than 20 000 registerered users.

Vi arbejder hele tiden på, at designe og producere tøj der sidder perfekt og er så behageligt at have på, at man ikke kan lade være med at gå i det selv, når man ikke træner. Vi tester alt vores tøj grundigt sammen med vores brugerpanel inden, at der lanceres noget for, at sikre at vi kan stå inden for kvaliteten.

Our long term goal and vision is to democratise entrepreneurship and wealth creation. We are achieving that by building providing entrepreneurs with tools which makes it easer for them to succeed. And we are allowing more people get access to equity and be part of the big value creation in the unlisted market.

Cavai AS

Cavai AS was founded in December 2017 with the goal of revolutionizing online advertising. User experiences have largely been neglected on the web, and Cavai saw early on that chatbot technology, which has initially been used in customer service, could be a wonderfully good advertising product. Usually, chatbot technology is used as customer service on its own website, while Cavai's platform is built to be able to use chatbot technology on millions of websites for contextual advertising. The team today consists of 15 people, and the product has been launched in Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK with 50 paying customers. Customers are very pleased and report that Cavai's technology is having a very good effect on completed advertising campaigns. Cavai will have its first month of positive operating results in October and looks to have sales of around 3 million in 2019. Next year will be a big growth year, where we have budgeted with a turnover of NOK 41 million. This growth has also been discussed by Finansavisen, where as part of Finansavisen's web-TV series "Vext", Cavai filmed his meeting with advertising legend Sir Marting Sorell in London.
