Virksomheden blev stiftet i starten af 2013 og omfatter i øjeblikket omkring 50 forskellige kunder. SuperEgo is aiming to be the leading company in the field of digital health in Scandinavia.  We have had a flying start by getting European contracts through our collaboration with the Norwegian institute of Public Health and the National Competence Network for Children. Lately, we have changed our focus to gamification and simulated Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to develop new and innovative products for both companies (in private and public health) and consumers.   The people behind SuperEgo is a good mix of personalities and backgrounds. Our team consist of psychologists, doctors and engineers working together, - and having fun while doing it. Our hearts are in making help more available for people who need it. Achieving this goal requires team members that know the administrativ stuff and how to do business. The core team consists of Henning (business development), Geir (management and administration), Tarique (software development and engineering) and Svein (psychology and behavior change). We also have a network of advisors, all being specialists in their field. We also collaborate with user organizations, NTNU, Stanford University and Villa Sult. When we all meet up, there sure is a lot of ideas and inspiration flowing around!

Intelligent Agent is a small company working with control systems for 3D-printers. The company has developed it's own control board for 3D-printers with an accompanying capacitive touch LCD screen for making highly intuitive user interfaces for 3D-printers. The business model is based on developing open source electronics with accompanying software and selling it to 3D-printer manufacturers.

Vilect is an AI powered recruitment assistant that helps non-hr managers run high quality processes and hire the best candidates in record time. The assistant identifies the most relevant candidates and lets the hiring manager screen short-listed applicants with recorded video interviews integrated directly in the system.www.vilect.ai  We are Vilect and we are really trying to keep one of the biggest time thieves in the retail sector at bay -- hiring and more specifically, hiring the wrong people. What we are doing is creating a recruitment software with the store manager in mind and improve the workflow. How do they reach out to the applicants? How do they evaluate applicants? How do they choose the right applicant? We thus want to make a system created around this workflow. Through this, we hope to help them sort through hundreds of applications and narrow those down to a more manageable number.We are saving time on writing the application by introducing video interviews instead. The applicant can complete the video interview as part of the process and the store manager can review those videos at his convenience. We started testing our prototypes which had a video element in it, with great feedback. We were wondering if they could actually get a good impression of a person with short video answers and thus far, the store managers' feedback has been really great.

Our vision is that widespread adoption of VR is a transformative event in human history. With telepresence we will be able to control and experience a more meaningful reality and further enhance our productivity. We think that much of our entertainment will move to virtual reality as higher and higher quality headsets and reality capture systems (such as the ones we make) reach the market. We also foresee that much of the machines and processes that humans control today will be remotely operated in only a few years. Further down the road machines will be automated, and the systems we make for telepresence and remote operation offer perfect input to a visual automation system.
