I Bedste Fald is a method that enables and empowers people to fall safely, simultaneously addressing associated trauma and focuses on limiting restrictive lifestyle change. The method holds potential within the healtcare field, as the concept has been validated and now calls for scaling. With the aim of incorporating co-creation, further research, and development, I hope to change the way fall prevention is tackled, to allow for a broader holistic approach, that will allow people to fall safely and stand stronger.

Design Matters is a Copenhagen-based company developing educational content for digital designers and organising international conferences about digital design (Copenhagen, Tokyo, Mexico City, Lagos, Singapore). Ever since Viola Spolin invented theatre games to help immigrant children make friends while not being connected by a common language, improv has been used to make people better communicaters. It turns out that the skills performers master to create shows in the moment that are coherent and meaningful can also be used to help teams achieve more together. There is a paradigm shift in the way we work, as people around the world are opting to work on more flexible terms as freelancers. Nearly half (46%) of Generation Z workers are freelancers, signalling that freelancing is here to stay. As a result, companies need to equip themselves with the right technology to manage their freelance workforce strategically. However, companies are stuck using spreadsheets and email, resulting in a lack of visibility and control of their freelance activities. In 2021, we launched ProCollective, a Freelance Management System enabling companies to easily onboard, manage, and communicate with their external workers. So far, we've helped companies ditch their spreadsheets, and work together with their freelancer teams in a lightweight, easy-to-use system.

Our event is called TEDxFrederiksberg, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxFrederiksberg event, live TEDx speakers and TEDTalks videos combine to spark deep discussion and connection in our local community of Frederiksberg. While TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program individual, TEDx event like ours, are self-organized.
