Naturligvis skal folk ønske at være de dygtigste inden for deres kanaler og platforme, men at komme dertil kræver mere end praktisk know-how. Det kræver udvikling af dig som individ. Personlig udvikling er et meget uspecifikt begreb. Det vil vi gøre op med. Vi arbejder derfor målrettet med udvikling af hver enkelt medarbejder, hvortil vi har udviklet en række frameworks og værktøjer, som vi bruger til kontinuerligt at varetage denne for at kunne sætte struktur i noget, som normalt er ustruktureret.
