Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). CarboPlanner is a digital nutrition platform for sports clubs and athletes. We build accurate algorithms for estimating energy expenditure in intermittent sport athletes and tailors sports nutrition planning for the individual athletes expenditure and sport schedule. Our platform helps support staff and their athlete optimize performance, reduce injury rates and improve health and well-being by providing a digital tool allowing for holistic development of athletes. One of our founders worked as a personal nutritionist for a national level ultra-runner, and witnessed how dominant guess-work were in terms of nutrition strategies. Currently he holds a position as strength and conditioning coach at a top-tier football academy. Both places he has tested and demonstrated that structured initiatives towards nutrition improves athletic performance with simple digital tools. In total we are a team of 3 founders, with 2 being rooted in sports science and the final in software engineering.
