Klarna Checkout is the main product, which offers merchants 1 integration, 1 agreement, 1 settlement for handling payments online and in stores. Klarna Norway AS has 15 (and increasing) employees who work at the 26th floor at Posthuset in Oslo.

It works as a calendar but is unlike any calendar. Our mobile app for iOS gives you a glance at your timeline for the day. Log hours, edit entries, and see what’s going on, wherever you are. Our perspective Most people don't like tracking time, and most time tracking tools won't score more than 3 if you were to rate them on a scale from 1-10. The existing tools are usually complicated to use and not very sexy. On a mission to break 3, we decided to build Busy. First, we looked at how time is best visualized. In books time is often visualized on a horizontal timeline, taking you from A to B, making it easy to pin events. Second, we looked at how we could best implement the concept of a timeline in a familiar interface most people know how to use. Most people know how to use a calendar, and by rotating a traditional calendar sideways we ended up with a timeline. The result is Busy. It works as a calendar but is unlike any calendar.

The Idea for AutoGlove originated when one of our founders; Monty Hatfield visited a gas station and witnessed the unhygienic, extensive, and ineffective use of disposable gloves. During his studies at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, he recruited a team to develop the product AutoGlove. Thus, Ecocentric Innovation was born and we now work with companies across many sectors to reduce unnecessary disposable glove waste.

MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

Fishency Innovation can give access to the entire salmon industry to affordable equipment to count automatically sea lice in the cage. Monitoring sea lice is the key to controlling them, it is access to good decision support for optimized treatments and to a reliable tool to measure the efficiency of preventive measures and existing treatments. Today, sea lice are counted manually over 20 fish, every week, in each cage. It is labor-demanding, and the collected data are not reliable. Sustainability starts with good data.

Urban Infrastructure Partner is a Norwegian based mobility operator and in 2016  we launched a new kind of bike sharing- Oslo City Bike, which has more than doubled usage in less than 8 months. In Oslo we’ve now reached more than 2 million trips and increased the utilization to 10 trips per bike per day.
