BRIM offers next generation ships for silent, sustainable tourism and eco friendly adventures.   Brim means ‘breaking wave’ in Old Norse. We provide wave breaking, silent and sustainable ocean excursions in Northern Norway on board the silent electric ship Brim Explorer. Brim Explorer sails in complete silence and emission-free with batteries powered by clean local hydropower. By respecting nature, she allows us to get a little bit closer, and we use an underwater drone and hydrophone to capture wildlife both above and below the surface. Brim Explorer is designed especially for sightseeing in Arctic waters. Three decks and two indoor salons offer panoramic views and comfortable seating for over 100 passengers. An onboard restaurant serves local dishes and drinks.   We’re a travel company with a passion for the ocean. We started our journey in 2017 with a clear vision to change the way we experience the ocean. We design high quality outdoor clothing with timeless Scandinavian design and a tailored fit for a woman’s body. Sizes range from 2XS to 4XL. Sustainability is at our core and has influenced many decisions, for example working with recycled materials, avoiding seasonal collections and placing our manufacturing in Europe. We’re passionate about inspiring women to spend more time in nature, and by increasing diversity in the outdoor scene we want to make nature more accessible for all women.
