Nye Tillen teller tre ansatte og er å finne i Pilestredet i Oslo.

The PERE narrative We set out to fix a fairness problem that’s plagued the hospitality industry for as long as most can remember. And if we don’t fix it - right now - it might very well result in the complete erosion of how we think about the hospitality business today. Have we got your attention? Great! Let’s start with restaurants, who still reward local businesses for referring guests in ways that are beyond outdated. Offering things like free drinks, meals and under-the-table cash payments are not only unsustainable, they’re eschewed by those receiving them and largely frowned upon by regulatory bodies. What restaurants need is a more effective and modern way to get butts in seats and reward loyal referrers. And reliable, personal referrals from higher-spending guests have never been in greater demand for the beleaguered restaurant industry. Even before the pandemic, food delivery was slowly upending restaurants by forcing them to pay absurdly high commissions for customers on what are already razor thin margins. Even more, restaurants are now pressured to change their businesses to serve take-away and delivery customers instead of the more profitable (and real) dine-in customers, which is why almost all chefs and restaurateurs got into the business to begin with. At the same time, hotels - responsible for sending restaurants a steady flow of personal referrals - are forced to fork out big bucks just to get guests to their properties, much of that going to online travel agencies who charge up to 30% commissions for referrals. With profits shrinking, you’d think that hotels could simply recover those earnings when they refer their guests to nearby businesses. If they’re paying when they receive a guest referral, shouldn’t they be paid when they make a guest referral? That seems fair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That’s because today, the hospitality referral model is a broken, one-way street with no quick and easy way for people to profit when they make a personal referral. That includes especially hotel concierges, whose entire existence is founded on the ability to provide quality referrals. Feeling increasingly overlooked, undervalued and under appreciated in a digital world, they’re eager for an easier and better way to re-stake their claim and profit from sending guests to local businesses. That’s why we think it’s time for a change - a new and more fair way to do business in the hospitality industry. What’s long been accepted as a one-way street for paying for referrals needs to be expanded into a multilane highway where everyone can profit from personal referrals. Our vision is to create multifunctional products with exceptional quality without compromising on the consumer price. Thanks to research on market and manufacturing we can find a way to deliver a product that is significantly better than the competition and created in harmony with what the consumer expects from such a product. We have also grown into a company that helps art directors and other creative people take their ideas from just being an idea into waking them up to life. Lucas & Mikaela are the founders of IFLAMO and Chillbean. We love to keep a high tempo at work. We take as many breaks as necessary to maintain focus and energy, coffee & tea is a daily routine with us. It is important for us that we help each other with different responsible areas. A strength in our company is the creative strategies we daily talk about. We love talking marketing, taking on challenges on how to penetrate the flooded media space. Every year in January we host the IFLAMO Winter Conference, where we talk about the previous year and plan the coming year. We combine this with taking pictures and videos that we can use for ads, marketing & our website.  We will meet up with our USA team to share results with each other. We like to celebrate milestones with going out for a nice dinner & drinks. To keep up the morale in the business we usually gather with friends and other start-ups to play board games or other activities.

Allva is a digital platform that lets people plan events in a stress-free way. Because why is it that in a digital era when we have endless information at our fingertips, it has gotten more time consuming to figure things out? Take people planning a wedding for example. On average they are using 250 hours. 250 hours, doing research, planning and logistics. It leads to stress, frustrations, and strain on their relationships. Sometimes we just want someone who tells us exactly what to do, and Allva does just that for the big events in life. On our event planning platform, we are providing the users with prefilled and personalized content by the use of Artificial Intelligence. We make the actual project for them. The platform guides them through the entire planning process, and shows them relevant articles, tips, and ads along the way. For advertisers, Allva creates completely new opportunities by offering contextual marketing to a pre-segmented target group that is in a buying state of mind. Allva saves time, money, and frustrations. For people planning events, and the advertisers who wants to reach them. And with our existing concept for weddings, over 3000 users have already shown us that people need help planning their events.
