Adult children are facing unique pressures to care for their aging parent as well as their own family and children. This is a group of people generally aged thirty to sixty that are actively caring for generations both younger and older than their own, with the older generation sometimes living a far distance away. Our solution gives easy access to everyday communication between family members. Communication is both active and passive. Active videocalls and shared calendar support every day activities and increases users sense of belonging and personal autonomy. Passive sensor data creates trends and gives family members better understanding of activities of daily living. Our solution is a consumer product and designed for seniors use.
