Creating tools for crafters.The first product I have in mind is a hybrid of two existing products, one not sophisticated enough, the other too expensive. My product will outperform the cheap alternative, but still be affordable. Prototype: 3D printing or CNC milling. Production: recycled plastic injection moulds and a manufacturer to make the parts.That's all I can tell you for now :)

And developing various other tools , tactics and resources to help developers ace their next technical interview.  I came to Denmark in 2004 to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Electronics engineering from DTU.  After graduation it was a long journey for me to find a job as non Danish speaking candidate. I went through a lot of rejections and really learned the process to do interviews. From last 10 years i have worked at some of the biggest tech companies in Denmark.  I felt that there is a need to create some some tools. Which can help software developers to assess their own skills and tech them how to prepare and do technical interviewsBased on my experiences I started codespaghetti to create the tools and resources which i wished to have at my disposal when i started my career.

Currently we're only in Aalborg, but planning to scale to other big cities in Denmark.

Kompassmat comes out of Kompass & Co and functions as a recruitment Company for youths at risk between the age of 15 and 25. We have created job oppertunites  within food, urban gardening and redesign/upcycling for youth at risk of dropping out of the norwegian society. We want to help Norway develop concrete examples of optimal left-over food usage that align with the UN's sustainability goals such as reducing food wastage by 50% by 2030. First stop is our own food booth at VippaOslo.

I work with marketing for companies. It is only me in my company right now, so I am running the facebook and instagram for two businesses. For the one I also run a blog where I am interviewing people in the beerbrewing business. I also take the pictures for their social media. I make their campaigns and other practical tasks like activity plans etc.
