Desuden gør systemet det enkelt at finde ledige medarbejdere til vagter og omvendt, hvilket gør det velegnet til både små og store virksomheder med behov for fleksibel medarbejderstyring. VKSplan tilbyder en effektiv løsning til denne udfordring. Deres tidsregistreringssystem er designet til at være brugervenligt og fleksibelt, hvilket gør det nemt for medarbejdere at registrere deres arbejdstid præcist. Idéen til bookingsystemet kom, da Klaus for mange år tilbage arbejde hos Teknologisk Institut. Her blev de første tanker og modeller til systemet grundlagt, og det er efterfølgende blevet videreudviklet til det som det er i dag.
