Sawux

More than 40% of the electrical energy in office environments is used outside working hours. CO2 in buildings has too high a level, which gives sick employees and students who lose 12% of their learning ability. Ventilation is often oversized by 10-20% due to uncertainty about CO2 levels, which have not been adequately investigated and measured. Often, consulting firms offer a measurement over 30 days. The measurements are only a snapshot of the real picture, which does not take into account the season and number of people in the room. VOCs in buildings are more harmful than first thought. VOC combined with too high CO2 can cause allergic reactions and over time develop asthma. The solution for reducing electricity consumption is to use intelligent automation and with behavior control. A sensor can be set up in areas that are used that automatically turn on the light when there is a person present. Several companies offer this solution, but if it is to be used for something, the devices must send data to the central server, after which you can analyze when and how much. The data set provides better management and control. For the CO2 problem, sensors are set up in the premises. The problem with existing sensors on the market is they have to be mounted with cable that is led maybe 100m away to a central box. It is both expensive and often not without surprises, especially for older buildings where drawings are often not updated. Sawux solves several of the mentioned problems. Sawux is a combination of 5 sensors in the same unit that measure and operate wirelessly. The sensors have access to a Cloud server, where data is collected every minute. Then data can be analyzed and given a real picture over time, which forms the basis for the right decision and correct ventilation systems. Sawux fits into existing 230V electrical environment and does not require cabling, boxes, battery or external power supplies. Sawux connects to the Internet via standard WiFi, which is found in all modern buildings. Sawux's solution is very cost effective and user friendly which is able to provide valid data. The Sawux system comes with an app. and web based energy management system, where you can at any time perform analysis of the building completely at the contact level.

Punch Factory signs an agreement with training facilities that PTs affiliated with Punch Factory may come there and train their clients. Punch Factory pays a amount to the facility and PT signs a membership with Punch Factory completely without extra fees or percentages. Now a Personal trainer has a completely different opportunity to be able to make a living as a Personal trainer. Where the majority of the fee goes to the PT himself and not to the facility. The advantage is also that the facility does not need to have a lot of employed PTs and that the clients have several facilities to train with their PT. I started developing the idea a little more than 2 years ago, the biggest reason is that I have always heard the problems that a Personal Trainer encounters when you do not have a job at a large gym chain. A personal trainer needs a gym to do his job, you can solve it in different ways, you get employed at a gym and then you usually get a small amount per time you hold a training session. Other alternatives are that you rent in a gym where you have to pay a certain percentage at the time as rental cost or a fixed monthly rent which is usually very high. I know many who quit the profession because it is really difficult to get around as a personal trainer, high rents, poor working conditions, inconvenient working hours when, despite the rent, you have to adapt to the gym's own activities (group classes among other things) That's why I developed Punch Factory AB, we make it easier to be a personal trainer, with just one membership you get access to different gyms to train your clients at no extra cost.

With the help of filters, they can get suggestions based on their preferences. We want to make it fun, safe and easy to get that health going. And of course give cred to the recipe- and exercise creators. 2. Business level (in progress): Our system Professionals for advisors in health, nutrition and exercise. We will offer qualified personal trainers and nutritionists to be marketed on our platform, take bookings and have video calls with clients.

Studio 27 is providing a documentation service seeking an end to customers being left out of entreprenuer services on customer site. Our service includes the customer in a transperant why throughout the process - from order an entreprenuer service to the completion of it. For every completed step of the process, dynamically created agreements documenting with text, pictures, self defined parameters and signatures is being distributed to all involved parties. 2014 we set out for this journey and since then we've been doing IT consuntant hours as well as software development for web services and hardware protocols. Now we want to focus on the above service which we provide as a SaaS solution. Right now we are working with the swedish fiber network industry trying to solve the documentation issues they have while working towards the govermental target on providing a stable internet connection to all swedish homes through 2025.

We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. WeBrick has replaced the real estate agent with data and software, and made it free of an estate-agent’s fee for the consumer to use WeBrick’s platform for buying and selling their home. WeBrick is the only home trading platform, with a complete eco-system for the entire selling and buying process proving the real estate agent obsolete. Via our data insights we are able to offer our products and services at the most relevant time of purchase for the consumer.

We have launched Swifi, and we sell refurbished phones to consumers. We will also sell tablets and smart watches soon. The demand for refurbished electronics is getting bigger and bigger and the environmental consciousness of consumers are getting more serious for each day that passes. What makes us unique is that we are the first to offer more then the actual product, we are offering services and packaging that no one else is offering on the market today, now we have five different income streams at Swifi, and we are looking at 2-3 more that will be activated soon. Me and my partner have over 30 years of experience from consumer electronic retail, both within the retailers and suppliers.
