KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Motorskills Hockey

We are developing a generic platform for “training equipment” within various fields plus various embodiments of this equipment. Quotes because the platform is not limited to sports, it can also be used to e.g. engage kids on a playground or people in general in public areas. The system addresses 2 problems: Athletes of all levels need to maintain the sometimes tedious training routine necessary to build muscle memory and develop fine motor skills and the system gamifies these routines. There is a general problem with obesity in society and the system will help to engage people in public areas (playgrounds, parks etc.) in physical activities. The first type of physical equipment being developed is for hockey training (ice-, field- or floorball). A working prototype is already developed but minor adjustments are necessary in order to strengthen especially the feedback part of the system. The platform (app) engages the users by sending tasks to one of the physical elements which in turn reports back to the platform about their performance in order to enable tracking over time and compare with peers. The solution is new and innovative in the way it utilizes recent developments within the area of IOT and mobile devices to engage users and provide feedback at a level not seen in any existing system. Both the functionality of and the technology used in the solution is new to training equipment.

DAN:SK er et forfriskende og lettere alternativ uden alt det unødvendige sukker, og perfekt til sociale arrangementer. Efter amerikansk forbillede appellere DAN:SK til de personer, der ønsker et alternativ til de ”sukkerbomber” og alkoholtunge drikkevarer, der ellers præger udbuddet på det danske marked. DAN:SK er udviklerne af Danmarks første Hard Seltzer. DAN:SK har udviklet sine smagsvarianter på en vodkabaseret alkohol base, for et renere smagsindtryk, samt benyttet rigtig frugtjuice som smagsgiver. Alt ved DAN:SK er produceret i Danmark.

Plugins exist in tens of thousands and it's a world wide billion dollar industry. The market is extremely chaotic. SONISTO aims to be to the music producer, what STEAM is to the gamer. An online marketplace for Audio Production Software with a built-in download- and install-manager. SONISTO will save the music producer hours and hours of downloading, re-installing and updating software. We call our INSTALL ALL button "One button to rule them all"..!

Ny teknologi: Vi har udviklet en ny form for byggeplade der har flere fordele end den normale gipsplade, vi kan ikke afslører detaljerne da vi er i gang med en patent ansøgning. Cirkulær bæredygtig økonomisk forretning Mange virksomheder har i dag en vision om en bæredygtig fremtid og der stor fokus på cirkulær økonomi og byggeri. Vi i Rumett ønsker at sætte fokus på ressourcer og at erstatte noget af de naturlige ressourcer der bliver brugt i gips produktionen med aske affald, men samtidig med at opnå de nævnte cirkulærer mål. Mange af de stakeholdere som vi har snakket med som ville være vores potentielle kunder har syntes at vores koncept er fremragende og ville matche med deres vision men især på at det vil samtidigt løse et konkret problem som plager industrien. Askepladen vil have det samme koncept som gipspladen som anvendes til brandsikre konstruktioner i Danmark, disse plader er brugt i et hvert nybyggeri og renovations projekter, efterspørgslen er stor, da først og fremmest er et reglement krav at bruge gipsplader til brandsikring og akustik, men også er de nemmere at erstatte og installere.
