We are a tech startup, developing a B2B SaaS product: a AI-based software platform that can identify, classify, and evaluate external damages on cars. It is our ambition to provide reliable, simple, and decentralized car handover processes in order to enable a transition into a new paradigm of the rental and sharing economy! With our software we are leveraging machine learning to enable fleet owners, to automate repetitive work, avoid errors when inspecting cars and provide a standardized service across all branches. There are too many lonely elderly people and it is too difficult to learn Danish as a foreigner.We solve these two problems by arranging for foreigners, learning Danish, to visit elderly Danes. The foreigner comes to the home of the Dane once a week, They learn Danish by having a normal conversation with the elderly.Municipalities pay us for bettering their activation of the elderly and their integration of foreigners. Currently I, Andreas, is the only one working at Elderlearn. I am however sitting in offices with other start-ups with whom I always have lunch with. I find lunch to be a crucial part of the day and always take at least half an hour free to eat and talk with the others in the office.I love playing board games, eating good food and meeting new people. If you join the team you will be a big part of shaping the office culture, and I will look very much forward to finding my first colleague.Since I am moving to another start-up office soon, the below images show some of the foreigners and elderly I have introduced to each other. KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.

We are working with two of the biggest megatrends globally: 1. Unemployment amongst youth 2. The elderly wave & growing demand for help with everyday tasks Our mission is to become the largest employer of youth in Norway, and to make a big social impact on the issues raised as a result of the aging wave. Derfor har vi især arbejdet på at skabe smarte løsninger online ved at udnytte teknologi i undervisningen til at understøtte elevernes læring.
