ReDI School of Digital Integration DK

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a tech-school with focus on digital empowerment of women with refugee- and immigrant background. We will offer free courses in IT and soft skills, and create a vibrant tech-community, that will give the women new professional and social opportunities. We strongly believe that successful integration and employment depends 50% on what you know and 50% about who you know, and therefore we will put the women in contact with people from the IT sector.

Incept Sustainability

Incept Sustainability is an online learning and analytics site with simple and short guides introducing topics within the field of sustainability designed to be shared and completed by an entire organisation. All our learning material is interactive and focus on the work of the individual employee, which allows us to collect insights, feedback and ideas from all corners of an organisation. Enabling both bottom op and top down change at the same time. Interested? We are always happy to speak :-) Our team currently consist of four people - we are all students or fully fleshed engineers with a focus on sustainable development, user involvement, teaching or software. Because of our studies we work around 20 hours per week on the startup, we work agilely using elements from the Scrum framework to deliver the new features of our site quicker.We match a social and fun environment with an ambitious work ethic - it is always easier to be productive when you are happy and love what you do! Snabbdoktor is a digital healthcare service which launched in Spring 2019. Snabbdoktor enables patients to meet and seek medical consultations from healthcare professionals online from Sweden’s first digital clinic in the city of Västerås. Snabbdoktor’s mission is to build better and more accessible digital healthcare in Sweden by moving the medical consultations in primary care online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location CEO & CO-Founder Mahmoud Almohtasib I am 42 years old, married and have three children.I am originally from Palestine, and i received my medical education in Ukraine 2002.I worked as a doctor for 17 years  and above all I worked in primary care  I can speak Arabic, Russian, Swedish, and English.I am confident in myself and i have creative sense and hight discipline in my life.I am as a person have a lot of patience,  i am persistent and  i never give up.

Molnix Oy

Molnix is a fast-growing startup that aims to improve the humanitarian work globally with our Rapid Personnel Manager (RPM). RPM is a cloud based HR Master software that enables fast deployments, cost efficient operations and higher impact of humanitarian workers. In the future, we will also offer RPM to other sectors. The origins of Molnix and Rapid Personnel ManagerBy Johan Ehnberg, Founder and CEO of MolnixWhile working in the humanitarian field for five years, I witnessed a critical need for a software that supports rapid deployments. We needed a solution to manage and mobilize staff to be deployed into disaster areas, in situations where time is of essence. However, there were no tools available to us.I set out to see how others were solving the issue, to see if there are any viable solutions in the market. But what I found was a lot of excel files which were not very efficient. There were also some the heavy weight solutions built upon the larger ERPs or CRMs. Some were in the same situation as the organization I was with at the time, using in-house software that was hard to maintain. I even found one organization that was using an educational system, on top of which they had built a solution to manage their roster. Up until now, the situation has not changed. The closest match to direct competition are ERPs’ HR modules with heavy customization from ready (COTS) products, or purely custom application development and management (CADM).Molnix was born to fill this gap, spearheaded by the product Rapid Personnel Manager. It is a cloud-based HR app that is now in production in the humanitarian field – the Finnish Red Cross being our public reference customer. The goal now is to bring Rapid Personnel Manager to as many customers as possible. We will start by targeting humanitarian agencies. The app’s logic applies well to many other sectors to follow; manpower agencies, security services, freelance guilds and more can benefit from our service.With this app, our customers’ HR activities become considerably faster and more cost efficient. Especially in the field of disaster management, speed translates to higher impact (such as lives saved or aid delivered). Cost savings in turn stem from automation of many HR tasks such as alerting, reporting, data quality monitoring and use of public API:s. Cost savings are also a function of offloading work from the registry owner through enabling end users to perform many of the tasks themselves.Molnix as a businessBeyond the Rapid Personnel Manager, Molnix Oy is a startup based in Espoo, Finland. Our specialty is in combining humanitarian aid, information technology and human resource management. In order to respond to these the construction industry has developed new constructions methods such as low-E windows and aluminium coated insulators. Unfortunately these cause modern buildings to attenuate communications signals dramatically. StealthCase Oy is founded to design construction supplies in a way that mobile communication signals pass through wall unattenuated.

The two first baking mixes are on sale in a couple of stores in Finland, and the next step is to start industrial production, expand distribution, launch an online store and open international markets.

MY INNER ME - digital toolbox for mental health

MY INNER ME is a quality-assured mental health app based on attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). More and more people are experiencing mental health problems, manifesting as sadness, loneliness, stomach pains, or sleep problems, with significant negative consequences for individual well-being and their closest relatives. Studies show that the earlier we address mental health issues, the greater the chance of avoiding prolonged and complicated treatment processes. The MY INNER ME app teaches you how to handle difficult emotions, with a focus on topics such as anger, shyness, self-criticism/self-esteem, divorce, grief, bullying, and mindfulness. MY INNER ME was founded in 2018 and is now owned and led by Founder Marie Ulstrup, experienced child and family psychologist, and Partner Marianne Ingeborg, experienced in tech and business development. Together with a small but strong team we are growing the MY INNER ME universe to help more parents, children, and young minds to better mental health. We have both a B2C and a B2B product. Our customers are mainly parents who need support for their children, as well as insurance companies that offer health care packages for families.
