Proximi.io is the first technology-agnostic positioning platform. It connects real-life locations - cities and buildings - with digital experiences through smartphones. Through combining technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and geomagnetic positioning, we allow developers to easily build indoor navigation and geofencing experiences for their mobile application users. The versatile technology is used in locating and guiding people indoors and outdoors in shopping malls, amusement parks, office buildings, museums and across cities. Proximi.io operates globally, with customers ranging from Aruba to Australia. We are a small, international team that takes pride in balancing cutting-edge technology with excellent customer experience. Proximi.io was established in 2014, and has been awarded many prizes, including nomination as TOP50 European mobility startups, and selection as TOP10 most promising European IoT startups.

Why Gripr? We like everything that is simple, which is why both our company and our software are called the same - Gripr. The name has been chosen because it is easy to remember, it works in several languages, and because we provide you with a tool that you can easily grasp; in this case your phone. We hope you like it, but we are most concerned that you "seize" the opportunity and give us a chance. Who is Gripr? The story is long, but we'll make it short. After many years in the construction industry, Kim Andre Heggenes was tired of working with poor tools for communication and documentation in the projects. That is why he started Goliath Systemer in 2017, where they developed the precursor to Gripr. Based on all experiences and feedback since then, we have spent the last year building the tool from scratch to a whole new level. If you knew us from the Goliath era, you will still find much of what you appreciated. If it's the first time you've met us, we think you'll be in for a positive surprise. Our ambitions have always been high, but we would like to admit that resources have not always matched the ambitions. Gripr is a toolbox with the tools you need to carry out projects neatly and efficiently. It is made especially for those of you who are more fond of crafts than paper work, and you can use it all the way through the project. Why are there fewer errors and deviations when you use Gripr? Because all agreements, HSE requirements and work assignments are available at all times, and because all deviations and changes can be documented with text and images as soon as they occur. Better overview and fewer problems, then there will also be fewer errors. Why do you get a better overview with Gripr? Because Gripr is a common channel for communication for everyone with a role in the project. Here you communicate, see how tasks are distributed, what has been done and what remains. TikkTalk is an open digital solution for administration of interpretation services. With TikkTalk, you can have video- and phone meeting on any unit you want. Anyone with interpretation skills can register, validate their skills by uploading relevant documentation and access relevant interpretation assignments worldwide. Governmental organizations and enterprises can gain direct access to a global pool of interpreters sorted by language, level of qualification, and feedback. Our mission is to bridge the gap between cultures and languages. We want to make the world smaller by breaking the barriers that separate people. We feel like there is still too much hate in the world. Generally, we want to help people through communication. We want to help the refugee to get integrated into the country and to feel comfortable. Last year the government spent 500 million NOK on interpretation services. This year, the budget has doubled because of the refugee crisis. Half of the money is earmarked for travel. If you can convert 10-20% of that money to video, then we could save a lot of money both for the government and the taxpayers. Then we could spend it on education and health systems.
