Plecto began in 2012 when Kristian - working for a call center at the time - went to his boss and offered to "build a way for the team to compete." Kristian and his team were frustrated with not being able to see the impact they were making on the business and believed a bit of competition would liven up the office. The idea behind Plecto was born.   After developing a working version of the platform overnight, Kristian presented to his boss a dashboard that would visualize call activity data in real time and rank employees based on their performance. His boss immediately bought a television and dedicated Kristian's time to managing and improving the software.   Once he saw the impact that the dashboard had on his team, Kristian decided to hit the road - quitting his job, teaming up with long-time friend Aleš Kocjančič and rebuilding the software from scratch.   Four years and three different offices later, Plecto is a growing team of eight delivering dashboards to over 65,000 sales, customer service and call center reps.

Arctic Coliving is a coworking lodge and adventure club with first location in the mountains of Voss, Norway! 🇳🇴 Set above the majestic fjords of western Norway, Arctic Coliving Voss blends mountain lodge living with a practical, community-first basecamp for adventure sports. The original lodge was built in 1939 by students from 20 nations and offers both private and shared rooms, a sauna, shared kitchen, heated pool, and cafe with a real pizza oven, as well as on-site coffee roasting and gear storage. A new coworking space is in the works for when we open the doors this spring. We have our own train stop between Bergen and Oslo, making it ideal for digital nomads, remote teams, and adventure-seekers to conveniently work and play in the epic mountains of Norway. Haato is 'heart' in japanese and the heart is the focus of HATO Medical Technologies. HATO is a MedTech company specializing in heart monitoring and analysis. We have developed an innovative technology that assists healthcare professionals with increasing their qualifications in analyzing and interpreting electrocardiograms (ECG) through 3D visualizations of the heart and data-driven artificial intelligence. According to WHO, heart diseases are the largest killer in the world. Heart diseases and conditions are located and diagnosed with the use of ECG. This heart examination is practiced by General Practitioners, EMTs / Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors, and Cardiologists. Misinterpretation of ECG analysis leads to misdiagnosis, which might lead to fatal consequences for patients and the social economy.
