Elvy

Elvy is building the energy company that should have existed already. We design, finance, install, and operate distributed energy systems that cut costs, slash emissions, and actually work in the real world. No hype. No science projects. Just infrastructure that turns buildings into energy assets and makes clean power a clear economic win. We move fast, take ownership end to end, and obsess over execution. If you like solving hard, physical problems with real consequences and you want your work to matter at grid scale, you will feel at home here.

Stack by me

Stack by.me is a social media platform where users can invest together, making investments more engaging and available to non-professionals - especially women. Today, there is a substantial capital gap in Norway and globally. In Norway, the gap is as large as a Norwegian state budget. (which is huge!) - only 20% of the value of Oslo Børs is owned by women today - Women invest 63% less than men, on average - while we only make 11% less - At the same time, 86% of all min. pension receivers are women, so women should be investing more - not less! Why is that? Women tell us - they don´t feel like they have enough knowledge - they don´t know who to ask for help Through the Stack-app, we give them the network to learn from and discuss investments - in an easy and fun way.

Crystallize is a New Normal Group company that has been at the frontier of digital technology and business models for the last twenty years, we have learnt the lessons for what to do and more importantly; what not to do. What to leave out. Both in terms of product scope as well as for your own business model. The founding brothers Bård and Aleksander Farstad have taken earlier ventures to the global scale, serving some of the most demanding clients globally, like The Economist, Financial Times, KitchenAid and NASA, building global ecosystems of partners and developers across all continents. New Normal Group is a venture accelerator and investor, founded by Bård, Aleksander and their partners, with a mission to build exponential software companies that chase the new normal of their industry. Being extremely hands-on, strategically and systematically supporting founding teams while at the same time supporting them with funding and resources so they can focus on what matters the most; building a world-class team, creating products customers love and driving growth. As we ourselves also are entrepreneurs, Crystallize is a venture fully incubated by the New Normal Group in 2017. Now a fully independent company, where Bård spends all his time as CEO, Crystallize still enjoys being a New Normal Group company. The future of ocean shipping is simple, safe, and sustainable - the frictionless fabric of global trade. Consequently, we consider the argument for electric and autonomous ships to be very strong. We envision a fleet of electric ships deployed at scale, coordinated by an intelligent network for the efficient movement of goods. The future starts now. Maritime batteries: We develop safe and low-cost maritime batteries for large energy systems. Type approval by DNV is ongoing. Fully electric ships: We develop energy- and cost-effective electric ship concepts for short sea trade and more. If you want to learn more, please reach out to us!
