Oh, and a few particulars for this role:

- Signifyd have recently expanded into Europe, opening a new R&D site in Belfast. Our location in Belfast is rapidly expanding, and we expect to hire over 150 new team members in 2019-2020. As part of our growing expansion we are seeking to bring on our first-ever HR & Site Coordinator to help us build and scale Belfast operations and our recruiting functions!

You will be critical in ensuring amazing experiences for both our candidates and employees, and you will have the opportunity to help mold the position as you grow in experience.

- Prior recruiting/HR experience is ideal, but the truly must-have qualities are an amazing attitude (roll-up-your-sleeves, happy to help out wherever needed), an obsession with detail and organisation, and a constant willingness/ability to learn.

- We are open to considering new grads for this role. You will report directly to the HR Manager, and the position has the potential to develop as our business needs change. It is expected that some of your time will be mixed between assisting the HR and Recruitment team and carrying out various office support activities.

Responsibilities: 

- Recruiting Coordinator (50%)

- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between recruiters, candidates and interviewers

- Work independently in successfully scheduling complex interviews (potentially across time zones)Interface with the recruiting and leadership team to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments

- Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)

- Pull reports and data as requested, and prepare quarterly metrics information

- Assist with recruitment events, hackathons and tech meet-ups

- Act as a point of contact for guests and applicants attending interviews at our offices

- HR Coordinator (25%)

- Assist the on-boarding process; getting new team members set up and ready for their first day

- Coordinate ordering/issuing of company swag

- Generate reports on HR functions

- Assist with planning and executing employee events

- Office/Site Administration (25%)

- Manage office facilities

- Manage IT inventory and be the first point of contact for queries

- Coordinate site lunch orders and deliveries with vendors

- Coordinate site deliveries for equipment/supplies/snacks and incidentals

- Track and report on site expenditure for supplies/equipment and incidentals

- Assist with new hire and equipment set up

The ideal candidate will have:

- GCSE Grade C in Mathematics and English

- 1 years’ administration experience

- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are needed; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people

- Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure

- Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information

- Be conscientious, integrity and positivity

- Responsible, committed and can demonstrate ownership

You will stand out if you have:

- A third level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

- A CIPD qualification or are working towards CIPD certification

- Experience of coordinating a busy recruitment function

- Experience organising and coordinating events
