Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate

The Role

As an GTM Associate, you will operate in a full-cycle, "eat-what-you-kill" model—meaning you own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: sourcing high-value enterprise accounts, booking your own pipeline, running high-touch tailored demos, navigating complex procurement cycles, and closing deals.

You will join a tight-knit sales team of 10 as one of the founding reps. Joining early means larger untouched territories, higher upside, and direct influence on our enterprise GTM strategy.

What You'll Do

• Sourcing, prospecting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, and Strategy Consulting firms.

• Run full-cycle deals from cold outreach and discovery to executive presentation, business case ROI framing, and legal contract sign-off.

• Partner directly with executive leadership to refine our messaging, playbook, and sales tactics

  
  

Who we're looking for

• Comfort with cold prospecting, pipeline generation, demo presentation, deal negotiation, and closing enterprise-grade contracts.

• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in management consulting, private equity or investment banking = you know how to talk to our clients because you used to be one

• Ownership mindset: you take initiative and drive results without waiting for direction

• A genuine customer-first approach: empathetic, entrepreneurial, and good at building trust

• Flexibility to work across global time zones

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and another additional language

• A master level university degree in business or a related field with a good track record
