About us

Millennial Consulting is a junior consultancy. We help startups, SMEs, and NGOs tackle real business challenges by matching them with ambitious university students and recent graduates for two-month consulting projects. Our projects cover areas such as market research, business strategy, positioning, and marketing.

Our Student Consultants are supported through workshops and mentoring from professional consultants at PwC, BearingPoint, Point.Essence Consulting, E2E Consultancy.dk, Biobridge Partners, Scai Change, and others. Several of our former Student Consultants and management team members have gone on to work at larger consulting firms.

We are currently expanding our Marketing & Design department as we prepare for an ambitious 2027!

What we look for

You are a motivated student or recent graduate from a university in Denmark who wants to join Millennial Consulting's management team as a Marketing & Design Specialist. As our new team member, you will help strengthen our visual identity, social media presence, and communication across the organisation.

We expect that:

• You have or wish to gain experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, and visual storytelling.

• You have a creative mindset, a good eye for visual design, and are not afraid to share new ideas.

• You have good organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• You are a team player who enjoys working in a diverse team.

• You are familiar with or eager to learn creative tools such as Canva, Figma, Webflow, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

• You enjoy creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.

Previous experience with photography, video editing, or social media management is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What you'll do

As part of the Marketing & Design team, you will:

• Create engaging visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.

• Help plan and coordinate social media content and campaigns.

• Design graphics and marketing materials that reflect and strengthen our visual identity.

• Help capture and edit photos and videos from workshops, events, and other activities.

• Contribute creative ideas to improve our communication and digital presence.

• Support marketing and design activities across the organisation, including our website.

• This is an unpaid volunteer position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week.

• The position is primarily intended for students, but we also welcome recent graduates who have the time and are looking to gain experience and expand their network.
