E-mine is a cybersecurity consultancy focused on protecting industrial and OT (Operational Technology) environments. We help organizations across industry, automation, cloud, and critical infrastructure secure their systems and stay compliant with cybersecurity regulations. We build long-term relationships — with our clients, our consultants, and the next generation entering the field — because we believe that's how you build a sustainable company. E-mine started with a wish for freedom — the freedom to build a company on our own terms, without compromising on what actually matters. We wanted to create a culture where people are truly seen. Where you don't have to fit into a mold to belong, but can show up as who you actually are — and still thrive professionally. Too often, especially in consulting, people get reduced to a CV line or a billable hour. We wanted something different: a place where long-term relationships, trust, and genuine care for our people come before short-term gains. That's the problem we set out to solve — not just building another consultancy, but building one where people, not just projects, come first.
