About the job

As a Guest & Host Care Assistant, you’ll be an important support for our Guest & Host Care team. You help ensure that both guests and hosts feel guided and well taken care of - by phone, chat and email.

You won’t be responsible for end-to-end case handling, but you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations by supporting the team and ensuring smooth handovers.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy

• Handling daily assigned tasks in a structured and timely manner

• Preparing and handing over more complex cases to Guest & Host Care Experts with relevant context and information

• Continuously sharing observations and input that can improve the user experience on the platform and our internal workflows

• Contributing ideas and suggestions on how we can further improve our processes and platform for hosts, guests, and partners

The position as a Guest & Host Care Assistant is based in Aarhus on part time 10-15 hours/week. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and recommend that you submit your application at the latest on 11 October 2026.
