The Role

We are looking for a proactive People Partner to take full ownership of our end-to-end HR function as we continue to scale our business. In this 360° role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and a go-to, hands-on partner for our team leads on their day-to-day management questions. You’ll translate business goals into impactful people strategies, drive talent retention, and nurture our company culture. You will also run end-to-end recruitment, though we are happy to tailor the exact hiring responsibilities to fit your unique profile, strengths, and preferences.

We’ve laid solid groundwork, but we’re always evolving; you'll take the lead on tweaking existing frameworks and building fresh processes as our needs mature. Our HR & Office Coordinator handles day-to-day HR operations like payroll and benefits, but in our tight-knit environment, you will also roll up your sleeves and step in to support when needed. This is an extended leave of absence cover lasting until the end of 2027. We are looking for someone to join our team, ideally starting December 2026 or early January 2027.

We’re looking for: 

• HR Business Partnering Experience: Solid experience supporting the business as an HR/People Partner (or equivalent). You are as comfortable coaching a manager through a tricky everyday situation as you are looking at the bigger strategic picture. We are a growth company, and the variety of people-related topics requires breadth and depth, as well as being comfortable as the primary HR expert in the room.

• Recruitment Experience: You would be running end-to-end recruitment across the company. Depending on your experience, we are also open to hiring someone with less practical experience across recruitment and rather supporting team leads in manager-led recruitment processes. 

• Advisory & Communication Skills: Credibility as a trusted advisor, with sound judgment and stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively in English. 

• Finnish Employment Law Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Finnish labor law, and fair, compliant HR processes.
