Droppe is a D2C product studio that grows and launches world-class brands. We gear up to keep the world running: building homes, growing food, moving goods, keeping the lights on.

We work with the world's largest brands, like New Balance and Skechers, and we design and launch our own products. We've rebuilt and launched a new platform for our agent infrastructure, so a small human team can work with AI colleagues on the actual work.

This role owns the operating day so the rest of the company can build and launch. Now we're hiring for AI Operations.

What you'll do

Handle the real work. Talk to suppliers and customers. List suppliers and keep catalogs in shape. Handle invoices and payments when the agents need support. Follow-ups, portals, exceptions. You close the case.

Make operations better every day. When the same issue comes back, turn it into a tool or a skill and check that it holds up.

Run the agents. Operations and finance agents report to you. You give them what they need, check the result, and step in when a human has to talk to a supplier, a customer, or an invoice.

Finish work, including the boring parts. You don't wait for a perfect brief.

Use AI like second nature. You already use Claude or ChatGPT on real work, and you want that to be how the team runs.

Stay close to the source. Spreadsheets, CSV files, tracking, checking the numbers.

Write clearly in English. Finnish, Swedish or German is a plus.

Experience in e-commerce operations, suppliers, catalogs, payments or a lean ops seat is useful. A formal engineering background isn't required.
