Velatir — Odense, Denmark. Full-time, on-site.
Velatir is the European AI trust layer. We help organisations see how AI is already used across their work, keep ownership of that use, move faster whilst staying compliant with regulations like the EU AI Act, GDPR, and NIS2. We are EU-sovereign by design, and we sell enablement rather than enforcement — we are not the AI police, we are the AI coach.
We are early and moving fast. Focused on revenue and execution,, a fast-growing customer base across the Nordics, France and Benelux, and a Head of Marketing who has just joined to build the function. This is the second hire into the marketing team. One that will be essential for our growth trajectory.
Your job is qualified pipeline. You own the machine that turns our story into meetings.
This is a hands-on, execution-owning role at the measurable end of the funnel. You would own the channels, the campaigns, the automation, the attribution, and the numbers that come out of them.
Concretely, in your first months you would paid campaigns from an interim external partner, build our first lead magnets and nurture sequences, fix the conversion path on the website, and get attribution to the point where we can say which spend produced which meeting. From there you scale what works and kill what doesn't.
For a while you are - the - demand function. If you want to run a team of specialists on day one, this is not the role. If you want to build the engine yourself and then hire under it, it is.
Our buyers are CISOs, CIOs and compliance leads at mid-market companies of roughly 200–2,000 people, running twenty to a hundred AI tools with limited governance over any of them. Most do not yet know this is a category. Generating demand before the category exists is the hard, interesting part of this job.
By month six, 30-40% of new pipeline is marketing-sourced, cost per lead is falling, and the sales team trusts what arrives in their calendar. You can show leadership, with data, where the pipeline came from. You would have built the engine we scale European expansion on.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and sits within the commercial organisation. You would work with sales every day and have direct access to the founders. The marketing team grows to four over the coming year, and there is room to grow into leading demand as it does.
Own marketing-sourced pipeline and the reporting behind it.
Build and run demand generation across paid, organic, email, webinars and events.
Own the marketing stack — HubSpot, CRM integration, lead scoring, automation.
Own the funnel and attribution end to end, so we know what works and what to stop.
Take over and scale paid media from our interim external partner.
Turn Velatir's positioning into campaigns, landing pages and copy that convert.
Improve website conversion and demo-booking flow.
Work with sales on lead handover, follow-up and meeting quality.
Manage demand spend and make the case for where it goes.
Support entry into new European markets with localised campaigns.
4–6 years running demand generation in B2B SaaS, ideally at an early stage.
You have owned a pipeline number and can talk about what you did when you missed it.
Deep hands-on skill with marketing automation, CRM and attribution. You build the reporting yourself.
Real paid media experience — LinkedIn and Google — including managing budget and taking over from an agency.
You can write copy that converts for a technical or regulated product.
AI native. You use AI tools daily and build them into how campaigns run. This is a strong requirement — our own AI governance is our best case study.
Comfortable owning execution end to end, and working within a positioning and narrative framework set by the Head of Marketing.
Familiarity with selling to mid-market and regulated buyers. Compliance, security or govtech experience is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication in English. Danish is helpful.
Location: Odense, Denmark. This is a full on-site role. You would work in person with the team every day.
Remuneration: competitive salary with stock options. You would share in what the company builds.
