We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Support Specialist to join our Nordic Technology & Support Team in Malmö.

As a Support Specialist, you will become an important part of our Nordic support team, with a primary focus on supporting our Norwegian customers. You will help users get the most value from our products and solutions while collaborating closely with colleagues across support, technology, implementation, and product development.

No two days are the same.

A typical day may include:

• Helping a municipality troubleshoot a technical issue

• Responding to inquiries through our support portal, phone, and email

• Collaborating with developers on bug reports and improvement suggestions

• Configuring and testing equipment before customer delivery

• Contributing to improvements in processes, documentation, and ways of working

• Working closely with colleagues and customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark

You will work with modern welfare technology, IoT devices, mobile applications, cloud services, and digital solutions that are used by thousands of people every day.
