Your Role as a Marketing Lead

What you'll do

• Set and deliver the marketing strategy for Shine's portfolio in Portugal.

• Lead and develop a small local marketing team, with clear priorities and objectives.

• Personally plan, build and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social and display.

• Manage Shine's Portuguese websites and landing pages, including content, conversion and tracking.

• Lead website migrations end to end: content, SEO continuity, redirects, QA and post-launch monitoring.

• Own local SEO across technical, on-page and content.

• Select, brief and manage agencies, setting scope, budget and performance expectations.

• Own the country marketing budget and allocate it to what performs.

• Report on acquisition, conversion, return on investment and commercial impact.

• Work closely with Product, PMM and Sales to land launches and local campaigns

About you

• 5 to 8 years in marketing, strong in both general and digital marketing.

• Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team, without stepping back from execution.

• Real hands-on depth in paid media: strategy, activation, analysis and optimisation.

• Strong working knowledge of SEO, website management, CMS platforms and web analytics.

• Practical experience running website migrations, including SEO transition planning.

• Experience managing agencies and external partners.

• Sound commercial judgement and confidence owning a budget against targets.

• An analytical, project-driven mindset and strong stakeholder skills.

• You are as comfortable building a campaign or fixing a broken redirect as you are setting the plan. You still want to be in the detail.

• Fluency in Portuguese and professional English.
