Rebl is a Nordic food brand on a mission to lead the green transition in food. We make healthier meals for modern lifestyles, sold in supermarkets and through food delivery, and we’re expanding in Stockholm, Malmö and Göteborg. In Stockholm, you already find Rebl in over 80 supermarkets. Since 2021, we’ve grown by an average of 50% a year and sold over 6 million meals. Rebl was founded by leaders from Absolut Vodka and Delivery Hero (foodora).

The role

You will grow Rebl in Stockholm with our field-sales ambassador model. You visit grocery stores, meet store managers and get Rebl on more shelves. What you learn sharpens the playbook for every next city.

Your first 90 days

1. Plan, practise and win new stores with Rebl.

2. Organise and run product samplings together with your Rebl colleagues.

3. Improve the Stockholm field-sales playbook: the pitch, the objections, the best store types.

Who you are

1. You chase goals and have results to show: in sales, school, sport or a part-time job.

2. You love feedback and get better fast. Tell us about a time you changed your approach and it worked.

Nice to have

1. You are social, outgoing, and have maybe been active in a student organisation.

2. You plan your own week and write things down, so others can reuse them.

3. Fluency in other European languages; this opens doors for projects on our international expansion.
