We're building an AI travel agent for groups: your coolest, most helpful friend, inside an app. Hal, our agent, turns a vague idea into a real trip, for a whole group at once, in a shared itinerary everyone is editing in real time.

You would make the founders more effective and the company run smoothly, and be the first point of contact for everyone who touches Halcy from the outside. The role splits roughly 50/50 between the inside and the outside of Halcy.

Internal-facing

Founder leverage. Hiring operations end to end. Legal admin. Internal systems and the tooling that holds the team together. This is the work that decides whether a five-person team operates like 500.

External-facing

Frontline support and high-touch onboarding for early trip creators. Community presence wherever our users gather. First conversations with prospective candidates. Investor logistics and information sharing. Early conversations with travel partners. This is the work that decides whether the people in Halcy's orbit feel taken care of.

What you bring

Zero to two years from a hard place: a top university, a demanding first job, a small startup where you figured things out alone, or something else weird and impressive. Excellent written communication, because you will be Halcy's voice in a lot of places before any of us are. Quantitative comfort: you can model a budget, read a P&L, and pick up SQL fast enough to pull your own data. Fluency with AI tools as collaborators, because half the leverage of this role comes from how well you use them and you should already be using them daily. Customer instinct, willing to be the first person to talk to a frustrated user. A bias for shipping over deliberating. Discretion, because you will see everything early. A degree is not a filter; resourcefulness, judgement and taste are.

The apprentice deal

We invest in you, and in return you should expect to be in every room: investor calls, product reviews, hiring loops, user escalations, partner communications. Your ceiling is what you make of it.

What you get

Salary calibrated to experience, in the range above. Equity reviewed at six months. Hybrid in Stockholm.
