Your role is to be Monil’s recruitment expert, setting standards and continuously improving how we recruit. You will facilitate recruitment processes from role definition through assessment and offer, actively source great talent, and support hiring managers in making structured and well-informed hiring decisions. You will ensure a consistent, professional and engaging candidate experience across all recruitment activities.

This role reports to the Head of People and offers a unique opportunity to shape how Monil attracts, hires and welcomes new colleagues during an exciting growth journey.
Be the primary recruitment partner for hiring managers across our European organization.
Establish and continuously improve recruitment standards, processes and best practices.
Ensure every recruitment process delivers an excellent candidate experience from first outreach to signed offer.
Drive active sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement for critical roles.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support hiring managers with recruitment guidance, market insights and process recommendations.
Strengthen Monil's employer brand through authentic storytelling, social media and candidate engagement.
Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve our hiring process.
Own the day-to-day operations of the Monil office.
Ensure the office is welcoming, organized and running smoothly.
Coordinate office suppliers, equipment and facilities.
Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations and team activities.
Support onboarding by ensuring new employees have everything they need for a great first day.
Continuously improve office routines and operational processes as Monil grows.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development).
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
A structured and organized way of working with strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Experience recruiting R&D, engineering or other technical roles.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
