Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary Competitive

πŸ“ Remote, based in Poland

About Us

At No Isolation we're a 65-person EdTech scale-up operating across Europe. We help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

Our AV1 robot is deployed across 19 countries with 5,000+ units, supporting schools to improve attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. Consistently described as life-changing, it bridges the gap between the student and their peers, restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.

The Opportunity

Your purpose in this role is simple: help us grow by proactively hunting down talented people who aren't actively looking, but would be a great fit if approached the right way. Our ability to hire the best people, fast, directly determines how quickly we can scale.

This role is mainly focused on proactive sourcing and candidate screening, with the possibility to also handle a few roles full-cycle (360), from brief through to offer and close. We're looking for someone who can map our markets, build lasting candidate relationships, and give hiring managers a steady stream of great people to talk to β€” not a slow trickle of applicants.

What You'll Do

Proactive sourcing

  • Map our markets and proactively reach out to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and your network

  • Build talent pools for recurring or future hard-to-fill roles, and screen candidates for fit before progressing them

  • Keep our pipeline data in shape, track TA KPIs, and flag risks early

Full-cycle recruitment

  • Own a smaller share of roles end-to-end β€” from brief, through interviews, to offer and close

Alongside this, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand what they need and advise on candidate market insight, keep candidates engaged throughout the process, and craft and post job ads on relevant job boards.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or proactive sourcing, with a genuine track record of engaging passive candidates

  • Experience across more than one European market

  • Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools, and curious about using AI to work smarter

  • Confident stakeholder management

  • Excellent written/spoken English (mandatory)

  • You are organised, persistent, and self-driven, able to juggle multiple roles and markets without dropping speed or quality, and comfortable with the healthy "chaos" of a scaling company

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Our Culture β€” Why You'll Love It Here

We're a Scandinavian company with a high-performance, caring culture. We set the bar high, and we back each other to get there.

  • Purpose with scale: You won't just be sourcing for any company β€” your work directly fuels a mission that keeps thousands of children connected, learning, and included

  • Big impact, real ownership: This is a scale-up, not a corporate machine. We start from a place of trust, so you'll have real ownership of your work from day one, with support from a highly experienced team

  • A genuine growth story: We're one of the few full-stack EdTech companies growing at our rate of profitability, and we've still only scratched the surface of the market. There is plenty of opportunity to grow alongside us, not just fill a seat

  • Highly collaborative and supportive: Regular in-person team meetings, an annual company trip, and people across departments happy to help you grow

  • Structured onboarding to get you up to speed quickly
